Dr Sargent has done 4 knee surgeries on my daughter who was born with multiple orthopedic issues. She has followed her care since she was little and now seeing her through her college years. She is a wonderful and caring surgeon. We are very thankful for her.

Dr. Sergeant was wonderful with my six year old son. She noticed he liked Star Wars from the shirt he was wearing and put him at ease right away. They were welcoming and kid friendly. Great care!

Dr Sargent was extremely helpful, very experienced and knowledgeable, and sensitive about things like unnecessary radiation or procedures. Her office staff was also very helpful.

I went with my son for a knee pain. They did a lot of x-rays (un-needed) and they charged my for 1.293$ the office visit is 497$...that is too much. Finally, they advised my son to rest, I payed over 1000$ and nothing is really done

My daughter saw Dr. Sargent at Dell CH. I talked to Dr. Sargent about my expectations including being kept in the loop/having good communication. This convo took place in my daughter's room. My daughter started having a bad episode of pain and started crying, not once did Dr. S acknowledge her. She left and didn't return. I requested she go over MRI results she read and answer questions I had. She declined and was never to be seen after that. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable!

Our son had a severe break of his right arm. Dr. Sargent was fantastic. She took the time to explain the break and surgery she would be performing later that evening. After surgery she was thorough in explaining the post-op x-rays and was incredibly patient. Her bedside manner with our son was beyond what we were expecting and I would seek her out in the future should we need ortho care.
