This is hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Brittnee has truly been heaven sent. As a parent, I want to know that my voice matters and that my concerns are heard. More than anything, I want to see my son grow and succeed, and that’s exactly what she’s helping us do.<br><br>She makes sure my son’s RBT is fully trained, confident, and knows exactly how to support him. That gives me so much peace of mind because I know everyone is working together to help my son reach his full potential.<br><br>Brittnee has completely raised the bar for what I expect from a BCBA. If it’s not her, I don’t want it! Lol. She is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and truly invested in every child and family she works with.<br><br>What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just talk about progress. She makes progress happen. In the short time she’s taken over our care, I’ve already seen a difference in my son. That means everything to me as a mom.<br><br>Brittnee deserves all the flowers. We are so thankful for her heart, her dedication, and the incredible impact she’s making in our lives. She is truly a blessing, and I couldn’t recommend her more.

Maxim Austin is by far the best nursing company we have ever been with. They have the most quality and experienced nurses. They staff is super supportive to the families and nurses. I recommend them to everyone I come across with complex cases. The nurses and staff treat our daughter like she is their own. When we suffered a great medical emergency in Feb '24. They were right by our side making sure we had everything we needed for our hospital say. High recommended. 10/10

Maxim has been with us for almost a year now. I understand it's a challenge keep a full schedule with skilled nursing but we wouldn't be able to stay home without them.<br>Very grateful our scheduler does her best to match us up with nurses my husband is comfortable with...I literally couldn't sleep without them. 🙌
