i will not waste my money in this program. they will ask you to eat 500 calories per day. off course you will lose weight doing that.

I've never tried out one of these types of clinics but I love this place. The entire staff is super sweet and very encouraging. I love the shakes and the protein bars and appreciate going in every week sharing my food log and seeing my progress, even though its a little slow. I think it's crucial you not only look at the overall lbs. your losing or gaining but looking at your overall body mass in terms of fat mass vs lean mass. Try them out!

I have had a pretty good experience since starting the program in September. The staff have been very friendly and encouraging. My initial goal was to loose 30 lbs by the end of November and Ms. Peggy said it was possible! So far I've lost about 27 lbs, I was very close! I only gave it 4 stars because the program even with my insurance covering most of the cost is a little expensive. However, I am seeing results and have even gotten my A1C down from the pre-diabetic range. So I'd rather spend the money on getting healthy then spending it on medication to keep me healthy, if that makes sense!

I have been going to this clinic for the past 6 months and the consulting and overall experience has been very pleasant. The results are very tangible, I have lost close to 35 pounds while making a lot of life style changes. All this possible because of the folks here who are able to change mindsets and work with you. Highly recommend!

Awesome! I've spent years doing every "diet" out there. Losing and then gaining it all back and then some. This program is the only program that teaches you lifestyle changes that WORK. The team is also filled with Rockstars who will support and teach you a long your journey. The fact that they accept insurance is just an added bonus. Given the choice I would still work with this team even without the help of insurance.
