Terrible ayer llevé a mi hijo con un fuerte dolor abdominal 3horas y no me lo atendieron desidi irme a otro hospital no lo recomiendo
I waited 9 hours for my 5-month-old baby to be treated, sick for two weeks of diarrhea, he had sores on his ponies, they treated everyone who came in front of me and left all the little babies waiting, they are supposed to be a priority because they are some babies who can not express what they feel
Esteban in Rehabilitation Services treated my little girl with a burn with excellent care! Thank you so much!
Is worst hospital i have ever see,if your child sick you going to wait 6 hours to see the doctor,I am very upset about this hospital, if you have a child I don't suggest to come to dell children go to another one.
I was here months ago when my daughter was in the NICU and wanted to relay my experience since it was awful here. This hospital has been the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime. It’s sad to say because it wasn’t everyone who works here. This facility is only open to make money and not full care about what they do. They hire terrible floater contract travel nurses in the NICU. My daughter was here for the first weeks of her life and the floater nurses were the worst. The charge nurses and social worker We had would shrug it off and say they care about the terrible mistakes the floater nurses did, but nothing was done. The social worker I had did the bare minimum and never answered her phone. Claimed that her new phone wasn’t working when we had concerns. She didn’t want us to talk with patient advocacy either. Next, a floater nurse actually left my newborn daughter covered with a wet head and bed sheet and didn’t change them or apologize for her error. The NICU staff would just say they are too busy to tend to each baby properly. This was one of too many incidents that occurred with my daughter’s stay here and my husband and I were always casted aside and deemed “helicopter parents” to all the staff here instead of actually fixing their mistakes and look at how regulations should be updated and changed. Also the lactation department is a joke at this facility. One had the audacity to say I am pumping to much milk and storing my breast milk incorrectly when no one communicated it to me after being there for weeks. You would think with a formula shortage that department would be encouraging, but they weren’t. Regardless I reached out to patient advocacy and they just wrote down what happened and that’s all they did. They have not reached out to me and addressed/changed anything to this NICU. The patient advocacy just saw me as a nuisance and never contacted me back on anything. If you have to be here under dire circumstances be here every day at the NICU because they act like a daycare and do the bare minimum with most infants. Upon the day of discharge they just wanted us out of there, and were rushing to get us out because they didn’t want us there because we we’re always dealing with some negligence every other day and they again would get annoyed with us, instead of acting on fixing their mistakes or miscommunication. Parents who have had great experiences that’s great for them and I’m glad they did, but that wasn’t the case for our family and I. Avoid this hospital at all costs and you don’t want to take a gamble with this hospital on who would and wouldn’t do their job. It literally depends who’s in the mood to work and not work. They use Covid shortages to act upon as they please. I hope no one goes through what we went through.
I’ve been to this location a handful of times & this is the worst experience I’ve had. I was urged to go in by our on call dr as my son was wheezing. The nurse made it clear he needed to be seen within the next few hours. We wait for over 3 hours before I check in with the front.. given my son is still wheezing, she looks at me & laughs. Tells me I’ve only been here for 3 hours & it could be another 4 before even being seen since there is 6 kids ahead of me. I then ask for another recommendation to take him to since obviously his breathing was not a priority to them & once again she chuckles and tells me to google it. This is the last time I will be going to this location Im highly disappointed & his dr was very confused why he wouldn’t be a priority given his circumstances.
They completely discriminated my daughter and refused to get her the inpatient therapy they kept saying she needed. Took three days to get approved and then they called and said they where not taking any inpatient therapy cases anymore. They completely disregarded my daughters needs after a traumatic brain injury. If you can make the drive go to dallas children's the staff there is amazing and shows compassion don't even waste your time here. First thing they cared about was insurance approval to give her therapy and kept her home till they got approved. Then they got there approval and now don't want to give her a bed because the medical chief said no I pray no one ever has to experience this in there life this is the most hurtful thing I have ever experienced
This is one of the best children's hospital I ever visited. The medical staff is not only knowledgeable but they listen to the parents and addressed every concern. Everyone I've meet was was courteous from emergency department to all the nurses, physicians, cleaning and cooking staff has been wonderful and have significantly excited my expectations. I highly recommend this hospital for the care of your child/children you will not be disappointed.
I think it would make a great difference in their services if all staff were trained and understood who the customer is, because they have no idea! Besides of a total mess and total disregard for urgent matters with scheduling, we never met a doctor in the Neurology department and got a important diagnosis from a nurse, who couldn’t answer to questions and act like she was giving a death sentence for a treatable condition. Also, getting prescriptions ordered and copy of records is painful and full of road blocks. There has never been a customer service survey or an apology for not being on time or nobody answering the phone. I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years in different States in this country, and I have never seen such dysfunctional system like I’ve seen here. Really sad…
Every single employee there was amazing except the one who works in patient portal. I do not know her name but I do know she is hateful, uneducated and does not care for her job. My son is 17 which makes him a minor. He is also special needs so no, you do not need his permission for me to view his records when I am his mother. Nor, do I have to have a guardianship and a POA for a minor. No other hospital has ever expected this. But hey, since you insisted I reached out to my attorney and they are working on both and you will be hearing from us to actually be able to get medical records and access to patient portal like we should have already had. Please someone replace her!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
