First of need more stars to rate my experience. The best Doctor appointment experience I've ever had & ive had many at 74. Greeted with smiling faces & kindness upon entering (at 8 am) to leaving. Every one was so nice & genuinely happy. Dr. Denson was a joy to meet, you guys truly made my day. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr Denson for 15+years. I love how she is so happy and ecstatic each time I see her. I go to her annually for maintenance. I love her cheery personality, that’s mostly why I stick with her. Anything more than annual maintenance stuff, I have no other experiences with her. Please check her out. She loves her job!

Simply the BEST in town!!

Dr Denson has been nothing but extraordinarily fabulous. I've seen her since 2010 and now I travel from San Antonio to Austin to see her. She was the only one who was able to diagnose my problem and has kept me in stable condition. She always has a marvelous disposition and makes me feel as if I'm her only patient.

She is so understanding and actually cares about her patients. So caring and you feel her good energy almost immediately

I have been a patient of Dr Melody Denson and NP Danielle Maines for over 4 years. I have been able to communicate with her offices until recently. This practice has been taken over. You cannot any longer talk to their offices. There is now a message center you have to call. The message center does not have a location where calls come from. Every time you call, someone different takes a Message. When your call is returned, the number they are using to call you from come up as spam, unknown or as recently a number came up from Puerto Rico. The result is that my phone will not pick up the call and a voice mail is left for you to call back. When you do call back, the process starts all over again and not thing is accomplished. I have complained to this agency several times and it has fallen on deaf ears. I am sure I am not the only patient having this problem. I have requested many time that the person leave a detailed message to which I have already given written permission to do so. That has not happened. I cannot get care from my physician. I have been forced to use ERs countless times which is an abuse of the medical system because of these changes. I love Dr Denson, but because she cannot reached nor her NP, Danielle Maines, I will be seeking another urologist to my dismay. I have recommended her to many of my friends. I will no longer do that. The portal system has been an absolute disaster as well. I hope this helps others in choosing a Urologist.

I went to see Melody Denson MD, as it appeared I had a kidney stone. With one single x-ray she confirmed I had a kidney stone and it needed to be removed. After she operated on me she told me it was very large and could not be removed, and I would have to live with it but not to worry it moves around and it shouldn’t bother me much. After that I had a follow up with my doctor (as I was still in a lot of pain) she sent me to have a ultrasound done. The ultrasound revealed I never had a kidney stone, I had a gallbladder stone! My doctor said; it was impossible to tell you really had a kidney stone with just one front x-ray. At that point I was still in a lot of pain and out the money that my insurance did not cover. I contacted a lawyer but he said because you were not really injured you could not go any further with your claim. I am now telling my story for anyone who will listen. Just be very careful and always get a second opinion.

This doctor has so much compassion and understanding. My father was a cardiovascular surgeon and I a paramedic, and I've been around the medical profession all my life, and I'm almost 60. So fewdoctors take the time to fully understand one's issues and only evaluate and on first solutions and such an in-depth manner. I never felt rushed or that I was on a time limit and this doctor showed a compassion equal to that that I would show my own family. I really do appreciate her kindness and understanding. She's earned my trust and my respect.

Can't recommend her enough. It's not often you meet a doctor with great bedside manner and who takes the time to explain things in layman's terms so that patient can understand what's going on. I saw her for IC and am taking her recommendations have helped 100%.

Dr. Denson is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality. She listened to my history and condition and was able to quickly diagnose my issue and explain the course of action to follow all while exuding a caring attitude and making me laugh. All the staff at the office was excellent and friendly. Appointment was easy to get and the wait time was short. After close to a year of not knowing what was causing my symptoms, I have answers thanks to Dr. Denson!
