Ms.Christine is my daughter therapist and she’s super good and has helped my daughter process a lot and has helped out a lot for therapy for my daughter! Thank you so much Christine
Unprofessional. Raleigh NC
I had a very disappointing experience with this company, specifically with the Director of Clinical Services, Amanda ., She made multiple false and unprofessional statements about me, including misrepresenting what I had said about the family, misstating my requested, and suggesting I was unwilling to work more than one day. She also threatened to contact my current employer, which I considered an inappropriate and unprofessional action. As a nurse who already works 90 scheduled hours per week, I had only offered to temporarily assist the family until long-term coverage was arranged. I even suggested onboarding with this company to help with the transition, but my actions were misrepresented. I believe healthcare professionals deserve to work with organizations that value honesty, professionalism, and respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other providers seeking employment opportunities
Christine is my son’s physical therapist and she has done wonders for him. He was learning to sit when she started now he is trying to stand which is amazing!
Very unprofessional agency communication is very poor I wouldn't refer them to anyone.
Rachel was our son’s speech therapist after being discharged from the hospital. She saw him briefly the week he came home and saw that he was eating from the bottle just fine. We called her back when he started on solids. Her insight and advice has been amazing as we navigate toddlerhood; we still reference her tips and tricks after she discharged him from speech for the second time. Rachel gave us a lot of confidence and helped us recognize when things were fine versus when there was something that needed to be addressed. She even visited him at his daycare to see how he was eating in other environments. 10/10; we’ll keep her updated on his progress and will have her back if we need more help :)
Very supportive company. Would recommend
MGA Homecare therapists are skilled, kind, and dedicated to empowering kids as they achieve their goals. MGA provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy in children's homes, where they feel most comfortable and engaged. Through dedication and patience, I have seen the transformative impact of MGA Homecare therapies. I would highly recommend MGA to anyone seeking therapy or nursing services for their child.
Worst place to get therapy from, my daughter was receiving physical and occupational therapies, they stopped providing physical therapy because their coverage area was changed, and left my daughter without a physical therapy.<br>Will never ever engage their services again.
We were with MGA for the past year and half, recently the physical therapist told us that her coverage area will be changing, her last day was last week, the physical therapist was pretty cool, but the management is poorly running this business,we have been on the waitlist for OT for a year.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
