MIranda JO Hardee's Online Review Report Card

In June, Dr. Hardee did 2 procedures on me-a cystoscopy and an instillation using a catheter. My bladder has NOT been the same since these procedures and I will never go back to this practice. I'm seeing another urologist in a different practice who says that the 2 procedures that Dr. Hardee did on me were done needlessly. I would not recommend Urology Austin to my worst enemy!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hardee for over six years and she is by far the best. The practice has grown so fast that patient services is now very poor. I’m not sure I’m going to stay with them unless they can get patient service back where it needs to be it’s very sad.

Haven’t met the doctor yet, only PA. I read good reviews about the doctors here, and a friend used them before, so thought I would try. I will tell you if you are in urgent need forget this business completely. There is no way to reach a live person and you are not able to leave messages. Tried to set up a surgery…for FOUR days. As of today, still haven’t heard back from a scheduler. PA does not seemed all that concerned about my problem, even though I had been to ER originally. Feel like this place is way too big and needs to hire more staff, even temporary staff is better than leaving a patient out in the cold. Management isn’t doing a very good job there IMO. RUN!

Dr. Miranda Hardee ensures you get the best care possible. Her energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, knowledge, and caring heart guides you back to being yourself. I can’t say enough of her staff, especially Ashley, Cortney, and Rod. Thank you, Dr. Hardee and Urology Austin.

SHE'S THE WORST !!! she doesn't even have time for her patients. she didn't ask me enough questions and was in a rush the whole time and made me nervous to tell her about the problem i'm having. she talked so fast that i couldn't even understand what she was saying for a second and she left the room right away after she was done talking and didn't even give me a second to speak to her afterwards. she was not nice at all ! i had the worst experience with her that i cried at the end of my appointment. i'm not going back there again and if i do i'm definitely not gonna be under her care !!!

I was very impressed with the competence and the professionalism of Dr. Miranda Hardee, MD.

She is knowledgeable, she listens intently, and she cares. Can't ask for more than this. For all the men out there, don't hesitate to have her as your doctor. She has made me feel totally comfortable talking about anything with her. She is the best!

I have seen Dr. Hardee for 6 years for treatment of interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome. I originally came to her as a follow up for kidney stones after a terrible experience with different urologist. I had been to a few doctors, of different specialties, and no one could tell me what was causing my pain. Dr. Hardee, took the time, listened and worked with me to not only get a diagnosis but kept working with me through the years to find treatments that worked for me. At one point she even called me herself to give me the results of a CT scan when I thought I might have another kidney stone while she was out of the office on vacation. If you need a urologist, particularly if you are women trying to find a urologist that will hear you and your concerns, go see Dr. Hardee!
