The only people in the world who will make you wait for 3 hours for simple swab test and then charges for emergency services that too almost $1000 to insurance companies. If you are charging fir emergency, please change the meaning of emergency in your center. Waiting 3 hours and not even entered the emergency room, charged for it. Awesome.

Andrea and Drew were amazing. I was in covid testing hell and got bounced around by three different testing centers. When I got to them, they were understanding and acted quickly to get me the right test that would allow me to get on a plane later that day. VERY GRATEFUL.

As a trans person, it’s not often that I find medical establishments in which I feel comfortable disclosing my trans status; however, NPs like Lori and ER Techs like Austin made the inevitable disclosures so easy while ensuring the highest level of care and respect for me and my identity.If you’re looking for an ER facility and are (understandably) concerned about the standards of care you’ll receive as a trans person, I recommend the Mueller location of the Austin Emergency Center. They’ll take care of you regardless.

I went to get a Covid test, Drew made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. He answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. Andrea was also very helpful with my questions. They both made an unpleasant experience not so bad!
