List of Nathan Graves's Reviews
He spent the time to go over possible causes of some abdominal symptoms. Even printed me out a guide. Super amazing and refreshing bedside manner.
Current ice storm in Austin is taking me back the the 2021 storm, before which Dr. Graves said I won't help you because you probably don't need it and I could get sued if I helped and you died anyway. Go home and tough it out. Go to hell Dr Graves.
Very unprofessional staff
All the staff are bit** out there. Very rude and unprofessional don’t try to understand patient problem they just care for theirselves and trying to bring you out there again and again unnecessarily just to make some extra bucks
I saw Nathan Graves for help with a drinking problem. He said he didn't think I had a problem since I still had a job and a wife. He recommended I just try to quit on my own and to keep some alcohol in the house - if my withdrawal symptoms were bad I should just drink and that was guaranteed to relieve them! I spent the next year trying to drink myself to death because if my doctor isn't going to help me I guess I'm hopeless. Luckily I found a doctor who had some sense and I'm living a healthy and sober life now. I'd give zero stars - no, negative stars - if I could to this rating. Guy helped me into a tailspin. Thanks, "dr".
I had the worst possible experience with Village Medical. I scheduled a physical with Dr. Graves. The appointment was incredibly unprofessional, and inappropriate comments were made to me in the room. After the appointment, I immediately found another primary care physician. Once I had already chosen a different PCP, Village Medical billed me for $135 of services I did not ask for that were not explained to me. I recommend looking elsewhere.
I went to dr nathan graves for a yearly check in. I hadn’t been to the doctor for maybe 10 years outside of being pregnant with my two children and now that I have a great healthcare plan I’m thinking let’s do some preventative work. He told me I was mildly obese (I’m 180 and 5’9”) and the only way to loose weight was to not eat. He went on to tell me not to worry about working out and had a story about a 400# man who didn’t eat for a year and lost 200#. I told him I thought that was unhealthy and he said get creative. I told him I was breastfeeding and he shrugged that off. I told him I had some uncomfortable things I wanted to discuss and he breezed over the comment. Anyway I’m not insecure or going to develop an eating disorder and like I said haven’t been to the doctor in quite some time but this seems like the wrong information.
This is one of the best Doctors that I have had the pleasure to have an appointment with in decades. Avery good and personable man. Recommend to anyone needing any type of medical guidance.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
