Sue Roh is wonderful. Stabilizing mental health for my daughter is not easy but Sue just keeps trying. She listens to me and my daughter and makes us feel heard, validated and supported. She is compassionate and accessible and responsive. Someone almost always picks up the phone or gets back to me right away when I call the office. Really appreciating Sue!

I've been going to New Visions for about a year now. Dr. Yang is very nice, professional, accommodating, and punctual. I'm always seen right on time and never feel rushed. The office staff is friendly, responsive and knowledgable. I always enjoy my visits. One added plus is that they take Medicare. I looked all through my plan, called over a dozen Austin providers and none took Medicare. Most were cash only and breathtakingly expensive. New Visions has a bright, cheery office—friendly staff and is conveniently located on 360. I would recommend them highly.

New Vision Psychiatry has been a great help for me. I have always been given caring, compassionate, & timely service when I need refills on medication or scheduling with my provider. This office is busy but they will always be willing to help with what you need. I highly recommend this office because they offer in person & virtual sessions.

I came to this practice because my amazing RN from my previous practice left. I was told that I needed to do a blood drug screen within two days, which did not bother me at first because why would it. My appointment was on a Tuesday but I received the lab paperwork on Wednesday and it still had Tuesday's date written on it. Essentially I lost an entire day to complete the screen and didn't have time to shuffle my priorities around to make it happen. It also dawned on me that this was such a bizarre request. How can I build trust with my doctors if they don't trust me and are treating me as a criminal? Might work for some people but I need a mental healthcare provider not a probation officer.

Highly recommend Dr. Yang. Best experience having a psychiatrist who actually listens, gives you detailed information about any question you have and doesn’t believe in just prescribing you meds and getting you out the door. She really studies your situation and chooses the best long term results for you. Most importantly she feels like family!

I was referred to Lin Cai during a bad time in my life to the point I no longer wanted to live due to my insomnia. I thank God that Dr.Chang referred me to Lin Cai. I have had insomnia for over 40 years which I have been taking medication for. When I called New Vision, they gave me an immediate virtual appointment with Lin Cai, who listened and prescribed me medication that helped me have a good night’s rest, which I had not done in over two years. My life is now in a better place, and I only have to visit Lin Cai every 3 months, which I’m very pleased with and highly recommend to her and the team and New Vision. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Zahn Yang. She brought me out of darkness and I finally feel alive. She is very understanding and offers suggestions with regard to medications. Been going here for over 2 years now and can say it’s the best. Dr. Yang has helped me find the medication that best works for me and has supported me in my decision to stop medication in a way that will allow my body to slowly adjust.
