I have seen Dr. Ngoc-Bich Le, MD at ADC for several years now. I have had surgeries and procedures performed by Dr. Le. I only have had good experiences with her. She always has been very professional and caring of my needs and issues. Dr. Le always takes the time to listen to me and provide the best recommendations to improve my health. I am very thankful of having Dr. Le as my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Le's for approximately 6 months and have been very pleased with the treatment I have received. She has helped improve my quality of life through surgery and drug treatment. I would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering from urinary or kidney issues.

I went to Dr. Le as a new patient with a number of problems in need of a diagnosis. She, with the assistance of a very talented, kind and professional staff, found the problems and developed a plan to resolve them. The results have been very favorable. She has been a great doctor for me and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an urologist. Thanks to Dr. Le for her efforts in my behalf.

Dr. Le is very smart, up to date on latest procedures and treatments, and very personable. After trying several treatments, she performed a sacrocolpopexy in November. She had the experience to have a general surgeon there to clear away any adhesions if needed. After 5 hours of removing adhesions, she was able to do her surgery. I am so grateful. We are still working on a solution for overactive bladder, but she doesn't give up.

Not even one star for Dr Nikki Phan Le ( Urologist) seen her on 05/01/19, very disappointed! I was on round #8 of antibiotics for a UTI & was referred to this doctor, she didnt even listened to me nor seemed to care what was going on with me! I told this Doctor I had a kidney stone that was noted on prior scans, she supposedly checked my chart/records & insisted I didn't have one, she also says kidney stones don't show up on CT scans!!! A culture was done so on 05/03/19 here comes round 9th of antibiotics, Dr Le wants to follow up with me in 3 months!!! OMG LOL05/13/2919 I went to Seton Williamsonin in Round Rock TX to Hospital Emergency Room with pain, urine in blood that I could actually see, they took the time to do a CT scan & did find kidney stones!!! Seton hospital also did a UA culture, blood culture where they found a mixture of a big mess! Now getting ready to "SEE A NEW UROLOGIST/DOCTOR" this week!!! Today May 13th round 10th of antibiotics!!!Dr Le is not the kind of doctor I want to continue with my care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Also on the verge of finding me another PCP, as Dr Vivian Pugh never has time to see me, I met her once during my first Dr office visit ( about 9 months ago) & from there on I've been tossed to other Doctos, in other words Dr Pugh is my PCP only by name!!! North Austin Medical Center is going down hill!!!! Good luck to you all that seek these Doctors & Hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doctor Le didn't even listen to my concerns, I kept telling her I have kidney stones, supposedly she searched my records of two years ago & insisted I don't have any. Dr Le gave me round 9 of antibiotics, in three months petiod wanted to see me back in three months! A few days ago I went to Asencion Seton Hospital in Round Rock tx, there at hospital the ER doctor orderd a CT, urine culture & blood culture. I was in pain!!! I was right I do have kidney stones as I toldl Dr Le, I know what I've read on my reports in the past . Comon when you're on round 9th of antibiotics & your Dr wants to see you in 3 months! What kind of a Doctor is that?!?!?!?!?!? So happy Asencion Seton Hospital referred me to an awesome Dr/Urologist (Dr Mistry) my new Urologist is the best & actually listens to me, he's concerned unlike Dr Le 🙄 Just so grateful I now have a new Urologist!!!!!!! What a waste of time with Dr Le, not to mention my pain, complications etc.. Dr Le needs to go back to school or something, I don't get it!!! I do know in staying away from her!!! "BE CAREFUL & GOOD LUCK, YOU'LL NEED IT WITH HER!!!
