The embryologists are great, lots of communication and explanations at every step. I deducted two stars because they continually screw up billing and send me bills for things they “forgot” to charge me for. Additionally they don’t communicate well with their storage company regarding fees. I’ve never been so frustrated and it’s absolutely horrible because the whole IVF process is already stressful and it doesn’t help to have $1k+ bills just pop up months after paying other bills. If you have another choice I’d seriously consider them instead.

Slow and they are not courteous(not rude either). Liked the reading material. Have no idea how to measure the quality of their actual work but front end needs improvement.Amended portion- I had trouble getting ahold of them for billing but they have since reached out and gotten ahold of us. They helped resolve our billing issue.

First visit there and was treated rudely and waited 30 mins after feeling paperwork just to be told to pay and they will contact me in 24-48hours via email and still nothing from them. Contacted the clinic twice already was put on hold and the 2nd time they hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Ovation Fertility is top notch! They have the best embryologists and they are terrific at communicating with you during such a high stress time.

Ovation's clinical and embryology team are wonderful. My appointment was perfectly timed, the nurses were thorough and attentive. They did everything they said they would. I couldn't be more pleased with their center-person care!

We had our egg retrieval today and had the pleasure of meeting Kyle. She was very knowledgeable and took away all of my fears and concerns. She was so easy to talk to and down to earth! The whole Ovation staff has been nothing but amazing! Highly recommend them!

Poor management. My appointment was confirmed over the phone (for the Round Rock location). I took time off from work (which isn’t easy of course) and went to the lab. Reaching there, I came to know that my name was not on the list and no appointment is found in the system for my name. Had to book a new appointment i.e. I will need to take time off again :( Though the staff member said Sorry but Sorry doesn’t make up for everything... Be careful when booking appointments with them.

I had 2 children from IVF there. Very professional staff. I felt my embryos were cared for in a state of the art facility by premier embryologists.
