I feel tremendous gratitude to Dr. Combs and his team for repairing my grandson’s cleft palate. His speech is better than I ever dared dream it could be! I have peace that he has all he needs to advance in this world!

Yeah, I’m overboard in my praise of Dr. Combs, but this guy deserves it! Puts all your anxiety at ease before the surgery with a visit and a personal chat. I was able to stop any pain medication the second day after the surgery. After previous complex operations performed by him without a single complication, I give him my highest marks and thank him and those he surrounds himself with for helping me recover from serious maxillary bone cancer in my upper jaw. This guy is “crazy good”! No worries, he’s got this!

They called us back late, yet called 2 others that arrived after us back. We proceeded to wait in a room. They’ve had my daughters records for quit sometime didn’t bother to read, asked several of the same questions by each person. Dr recommended 3 different surgeries but wanted to go by what speech recommended asked if speech could spend 15 minutes with daughter and he would be back in, speech came in had daughter name about 5 photos and made a few different sounds was no where near 15 minutes and then spoke to me like she was a car salesman and stated what she recommended and then says “so, are you interested”. She also asked how often food and drink come out my daughters nose…..Never if it did I would’ve notified primary physician right away. So clearly they’re out to just do a surgery to do a surgery. I’m sorry but this is my child’s mouth we are talking about, the dr. Should be able to recommend what is best for a child not rely on a therapist. He didn’t bother coming back into room, they sent us to another room for photos and rushed us off to check out to follow up in 6 months. I left so confused and very displeased. Never again!

Dr Combs reminds me of this old Greek Proverb. "A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in." What an example he and his medical staff quietly, humbly, set for others to follow! Excellence in every area of service to us! Words will never measure this man’s contribution or sacrifice for the benefit of his fellow man. Dr. Combs, thanks for the shade!

My video visit was easy. Dr Combs explained the surgery completely and answered all of my questions. He made sure that I know exactly what he is going to do. It was a great visit.

I keep forgetting to write a review, but am remembering now. My son had reconstructive surgery on his ear with Dr. Combs. He’s an amazing surgeon. He explained everything to my husband and me. We were a little nervous just due to my son being so young (around 14 month old I believe at the time). His team worked with our insurance to get authorization for the procedure and were quite prompt. He was understanding that we were nervous and calmed our fears. He is incredibly caring and attentive. His whole team at strictly pediatrics is amazing. I was shocked due to the fact that the surgery center is out patient. I thought it would just be quick with little follow up as most surgery centers are that way out patient. One of the nurses called to follow up with us over the course of several days post op. He’s just amazing!

Not even sure how to express my feelings for Dr combs. A Fabulous Dr. AND person as well... Thank you for ALL you and your team have done for me. I so very much Appreciate everything!!!

We love Dr.Combs! My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate and after he performed surgery on her you would never know she had it. He's very professional, with great bedside manner, and has a passion for what he dose, and it shows. We couldn't have found a better surgeon for our little girl. I highly recommend Dr. Combs!

I owe everything I look at in the mirror to Dr.Combs. I'm so grateful for the work that has been performed and his staff has done nothing except try and help me along my journey. This man helps miracles happen. I thank God when I pray for Dr. Combs. I trust him whole heartedly, if I had children my heart and thoughts would be content with Dr. Combs being the surgeon on hand.

My son had to visit Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas yesterday. I'm so grateful for Dr. Patrick Combs and everyone from Dell Children's Craniofacial Team that worked on his face yesterday. I couldn't feel more confident of the expertise they share.
