AMAZING TEAM!! Each team member spent quality time with us.

A bilateral cleft/ palate was new to me, and our son however, Dr. Kelley made the family comfortable being acquainted with his diagnosis. We are still learning. I have just made contact with awesome staff Gina with scheduling and again we go. Can hardly wait to see what's next, our son is 16 now with a little lapse in visits. I have confidence this is the next best tinG!

Dr Kelley was obviously experienced in my medical condition which is very rare, Fibrous Dysplacia. He had useful feedback and plans.

If it was just Dr. Kelley and his assistant Kati, I would rate a 5 stars. The organization itself is lacking quality admin and patient coordination with primary care physicians in obtaining referral and authorization docs. They expect the patient to handle it all and will cancel your appointment in a heartbeat if they can't find what they are needing even if its been done.

I’m actually pretty frustrated about my experience. My infant has a small cyst. I was referred to Dr. Kelly from a dermatologist who recommended getting it removed sooner than later because the after care is much easier when they are less than a year old. We decided that when my child was around 6m+ we would look at surgical options with dr. Kelly. I get a call stating that we need to schedule an appointment and I brought up to the receptionist that I didn’t plan on doing anything for at least several months and asked if they still needed us to come in before then. They said yes and we planned the appointment for 2-3 weeks after that call. Before doing so I even asked if a virtual appointment was an option as I knew we were in no rush, but this was not an option according to the receptionist. I drove 45 minutes in a pandemic with my infant to this appointment because I am doing what is medically advised for us at this point. When I get there, the staff was very kind, but I also had to talk to 3 nurses who asked the same triage questions each time. so I had to repeat myself over and over. By the time Dr. Kelly came in he touched my child’s cyst and told me that it’s too small to be a cyst but not abnormal enough to be considered cancerous. So now I’m completely confused about what it even is. I was under the assumption I was coming to him for a surgical treatment not a diagnosis.. He then recommended we wait 6 months before making any decisions on removing it. Basically not giving me any new information. The time I had with him was legitimately 3 minutes. I didn’t even sit down. He didn’t even ask my name. I don’t want to make it sound like I’m hating on him as a doctor, I’m sure he does wonderful things for patients and has likely saved many lives. But this appointment cost me time and money in the middle of a pandemic. The whole appointment was embarrassing and i felt like an idiot for being there taking care of my son when I’m sure he has more serious patients. I’m not exactly sure where the problem started, if it was my dermatologist for sending in the referral too early, the receptionist for booking the appointment, or the appointment itself. But, if anyone who is a part of this office is reading this, please consider people’s time and money. I spent 3 minutes with him and it’s likely going to cost me hundred of dollars and we haven’t made any progress on getting this cyst (or now we don’t know what it is??) off of my child. I wish I hadn’t gone, which is an extremely dangerous way of thinking and reaction to a doctors office.

Had a pre surgery visit. Was very professional and answered all questions about surgery coming up.

They are amazing specially Loa is very professional and kind person, all people in the clinic are amazing I highly recommend them

By far the most skilled and reassuring surgeon I have had, especially when dealing with multiple cranial surgeries and the issues surrounding them. He is honest and straightforward with his plan, and does not entertain the idea of any unfeasible outcomes. You have a realistic picture of what can be done and what to expect. I am lucky to have had him operate on me, and could not have asked for a more satisfying outcome.
