Used to be a fan of this practice and I still think most who work here are nice and decent people, but they've really fallen down on service. Not responding to a pharmacy's refill request for days, taking even longer to provide major test results, issues with their patient portal ... this is just wrong. I need a new GP.
Very thoughtful and attentive medical practice. Highly recommend.
I went to this doctor (It was my regular doctor at the time) office in the middle of COVID with a terrible asthma/ bronchitis. I waited in the waiting room for at least 35 minutes not able to breathe well & heaving for air. When I got into the examining room and asked for a breathing treatment All they had was the same inhaler that I had at home. They had nothing to help me. The receptionist was cold and never made eye contact. Every time I've been at this doctor's office the receptionists never smile or make you feel welcome. They sent me out of there to take myself somewhere else for emergency care. I was unable to breathe, I was panicking, and they did not help. I will never go back to this place. I never felt anybody there was warm or friendly (except Dr K.! )😔 I waited a long time to share this review but I feel it is important to share. Huge lack of professionalism at this place. That same week-- In the middle of the night I called their answering service and the on call physician was so rude and told me that she was trying to sleep when I called! I couldn't believe it. She didn't call me back till 10:00 the next morning and then finally offered to prescribe something stronger for the asthma. She made me feel guilty for calling, was cold, and rude. I actually thought I would die in the shower unable to breathe. Just a terrible experience overall with the whole office and on call system. I ended up at an emergency room at a hospital and that was not a much better experience either unfortunately. So thankful that I do not live in Austin anymore and have a wonderful doctor in a different town.
I have always provided a good feedback of this doctor's office until today when I called requesting an appointment and the front desk / operator person decided to make health decisions for me. I explained I needed to see the doctor because I was feeling sick and she said she wouldn't scheduled me until I spoke with triage. I explained I'm traveling next week and would appreciate seeing my PCP from the last 4 years, to receive his medical input. I just wanted to schedule my appointment and she transferred me to a voicemail. Having an uninformed person making health decisions for me it's not acceptable. When I explained the need to have empathy they transferred me to another voicemail to set a complain with their manager. After four calls I'm very disappointed to say that being bullied by the front desk personnel when I'm dealing with an urgent health issue is beyond unethical. Please do yourself a favor and find another provider.
Disorganized office, bad at billing Poorly run office. You have to go through a crazy phone tree to get to a place where you can leave a message. Be persistent though and you can be insulted by a human.
Horrible, disorganized billing department. Hard to get in touch with a human. Save yourself some hassle and go someplace else.
Disorganized incompetent billing department. Save yourself time and headache. Go someplace else.
Ms. Fletcher optimizes the appropriate concepts of science, logic and friendliness. I greatly appreciate her. Respectfully, Paul "Old Dog" Timek
I realllllly dislike that I can only ask three questions per visit, per their policy. It just feels frustrating.
Not so great care My exp w/ this practice was definitely not impressive. You will mostly meet an PA not the Dr. themselves. Specific example, I was meeting my urologist for another reason but he mentioned it looked like I had a hernia. So I made an apt w/ Dr. Keinarth who was unavailable so I met with the NP Kristin after waiting for abt 20 minutes. After the RN took my usual vitals I met w/ Kristin whose advice was that if my urologist thought that I had a hernia then I must need one. She suggested a script for imaging and then said I should simply check w/ the surgeon. I met w/ the surgeon and scheduled surgery 4 wks out. Since my hernia appeared to be getting worse, I called back Dr. Keinarth’s practice and asked if Kristin could give me the script she originally planned to give me. I was told that Kristin was out for a week. I asked if my Dr. Keinarth could issue one. I was given a stern No. I had seen a surgeon and that was that. So, my visit w/ Kristin was pointless and an expense. Useless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
