Ralph is thorough and has a pleasant bedside manner. He actually takes the time to listen to you and evaluate your problem without just prescribing medication as a knee-jerk response.

This man left me waiting for over an hour in his consulting room. When I complained to a nurse, he came out from nowhere, yelling at me that I should not be walking about. I explained to him that I had been waiting for over an hour, whereupon he yelled, “I don’t care!” I left the hospital dumbfounded, not wanting to put my life in the hands of a Physician Assistant who doesn’t care.

Dr. Ralph Hadley goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his patients! I can genuinely say this doctor changed my whole experience with a workers comp case drastically. After falling at work, I was treated for multiple injuries appropriately but since x-rays showed no clear fracture, my left ankle was ignored even as pain persisted for 2 years after. The workers comp reports would not support any ankle treatment. Dr. Hadley was the only doctor who would listen to me and dispute the claims. Surgery successful!

I was at the Victory Medical care facility today and was seen by Ralph Hadley. Not only was he very professional, it was obvious he aimed to please. The facility was clean and the staff friendly and very efficient. If I have other urgent cares, I will return to this facility. As a walk-in, I was happy there was not a waiting line although that will most likely change.
