Awful and horrible experience. Please do not get your delivery done by this narcissist lady. My delivery was normal and i trusted her (My Biggest Mistake in decision making and not trusting my own gut). She was not present when I was pushing, only a nurse. She let me push only for 2 hours with 3 intervals and she came to delivery room and told my family and me that Its time for C-SECTION. I was healthy and normal and so was my baby's heart rate and all other metrics. She pushed us into C-SECTION for no reason. When we asked what's the reason for C-SECTION , she mentioned that my pelvic bone is small. In my understanding if that was the case then it would have shown in my Ultrasound report. She pushed us into that decision and we couldn't do anything in between the labor. She made this decision bcz hospital and she would make more money! If one deliver normal it might cost only $1000/$1500.. But in C-SECTION case its $5000/$6000 depending on situation. When my baby came she didn't even care to hand over to me.. instead she gave it directly to the nurse. She ruined my delivery experience and I suggest think 10 times before making your decision in trusting her for your process.I had many red flags but I ignored, Like: the nurse under her would spill the urine in wash basin instead of using restroom to dispose it. She not being caring and late. She being pushing us into choosing her over St David's on Mopac. I didn't listen to my intuition and trusted this horrible money hungry lady.ARC, Seton Medical Center at Northwest on US183 and Dr. Renu Chalasani are all part of this unethical practice. I had been going to Dr. Chalasani for years and she had always been very knowledgeable and kind. However, when I got pregnant with my first son, it seems her case load increased and her care unfortunately decreased. She was not as responsive as she had previously been, was unable to deliver my baby, and she was the doctor I had trusted. Following my delivery, she did not have good follow up in checking in on my postpartum anxiety, and I felt very alone. After not receiving a response for over a week and then receiving a response from a partner doctor, I decided I had enough. She is great for GYN things, however, I wouldn't trust her as my OB again.

My first ever OBGYN appointment. Barely any communication on what exactly is happening. The scribe opened the door and exposed me to the hallway. Left lube on me to go home feeling like a wet diaper. I feel disgusted and violated. Do not go here.
