Very respectful, professional and all around amazing doctor!

I was super happy with Dr Solis, he resolved my problem with the minimal invasive procedures! I highly recommend him!!!!

After a visit to the ER for yet another small bowel obstruction, Solis showed up for his diagnosis. Instead of wanting to pursue a less invasive approach, his constant response involved surgery, even though my gastroenterologist had told me that further surgery would worsen the issue. I informed him that unless it was a matter of life and death, I was refusing surgery. I left after signing a AMA (Against Medical Advice) release, the only time I've even considered doing this. His demeanor is horrible, his bedside manner is atrocious and his manner drips with condescension.

I agree! He's the worst Dr I have ever been to! He has no sympathy for you while he's doing the procedure (laser the pileups) it's so painful! He didn't even numb the area he was going to do laser on! Talk about the pain I was wide awake for the laser procedure in removing a pileup. He is so rude and didn't fix the problem, after years the problem has come back! Thanks, Dr Solis for taking my money and not taking care of my problem. Don't waste your money he is not a doctor that cares if you are in pain while he is doing the procedure. If you even make one whimpering sound he will stop the procedure! Without numbing the area how dare him think I wasn't going to make a sound. I'll never forget what I went through with this procedure plus it didn't even work, the problem came back.

The office staff are absolutely horrible. They call 3 hrs before my surgery demanding I pay in full or they will cancel my appointment. They lie and said they have tried to call me over the past weeks and my phone was disconnected. I work off my phone for a living. It's never been disconnected. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. He really needs to FIRE all of them and start over

Pay attention to the negative reviews, they were written for a reason. I had ongoing health issues and finally schedule a colonoscopy. I had complications during and after the procedure (I’m in my 30’s so that was unusual) and Dr. Solis had no idea that I experienced post-op issues...the other on-call doctor never shared that information and Dr. Solis never asked. I also had follow up testing done, dropped off my samples at a lab and never heard from Dr. Solis or his office again. That was more than 6 weeks ago. He does NOT work to solve the problem or actively seek information. He simply does the basics to check them off a list and mitigate malpractice lawsuits. Truly one of the worst doctors and experiences I’ve ever had.

Dr Ricardo Solis was recommended to me by my primary care physician. Dr Solis performed a fistula surgery procedure to correct a problem I had been having for about 4 months. Dr Solis was professional, courteous, and punctual. The staff at Dr Solis's clinic were courteous and kind. I could not ask for a better doctor or better staff while I was undergoing the procedure.

My grandpa went in for a simple outpatient procedure and never recovered from that surgery. He ruined his life and now he is now in hospice care. I’d give anything in the world to have him home but thanks to him, it’ll never happen. I have to watch him suffer and it breaks my heart that he can’t enjoy the rest of his life the way he wanted to.
