We’ve seen Dr. Cline for over 10 years - he’s an excellent physician. Both he and his staff have always treated us with great compassion, thoughtfulness and professionalism. He has our highest recommendation.

I have always had a good experience with Dr. Cline and his staff. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has a very good sense of humor, which makes him fun to talk to about my issues. He answers my questions in a.way I can understand and even makes you relaxed enough to even ask the questons, since it can often be awkward to ask these types of questions. Nouh Aa

Tried to book an appointment with Dr Cline after a good friend told me she had a good experience with him. Unfortunately Chrissy and Carol demeaned my insurance because it’s “unfortunately a HMO” and I would need authorization. It it unfortunate? I have insurance and all I need to do is ask my primary care Dr for an authorization. Why can’t you book my appt? Why were both of these women so incredibly rude? This practice and Dr Cline may want to start recording their office staffs interaction to see how many patients they are loosing due to their front desk. My family owned a medical practice for 30 years; its only unfortunate when a patient doesn’t have insurance and had to pay out of pocket. Very grateful to see how this staff behaved before I allowed someone there put me under for a colonoscopy.

I do not recommend this person to anyone, I would say "doctor" but most take an oath to do no harm. From the moment he met me he treated me like the piece of *waste* that he is!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. CLINE!!! My husband is the one who has gone through the surgeries and procedures in his life, but I have been there with him through many procedures, a couple surgeries, and some scares. Our first experience with Dr. Cline was after we had been told that my husband was going to have to have emergency colorectal surgery. After having reviewed the MRI and results from the board certified technician, Dr. Cline did not believe that surgery was needed. He recommended other treatment...and he was right! I can't tell you how amazing, patient, and friendly he was during this extremely stressful time. He also mentioned that if some symptoms did eventually become more onerous, that there was an option that was much less severe than removal of more intestine. Many months later, my husband had Dr. Cline perform this procedure, which was a huge success. Normally after medical procedures, as the spouse (or other family member), I get a very short, perfunctory update from the doctor. However, after this procedure, Dr. Cline came in to fill me in on all the details. What shocked me the most was that he also remembered exactly who I was, and all the details from our emergency room visit many months earlier. Such sincerity, attention to detail, excellence in skill, and amazing bedside manner are so incredibly rare. I highly recommend Dr. Cline!

Doctor Robert Cline fixed my problem. He was very positive and reassuring before and after surgery. He knows what he's doing and he cares about his patients and his specialty profession and I'm very grateful!

Dr Cline is very knowledgeable, kind and to the point. He takes the time to listen and answer questions. I left the appointment understanding the situation and feeling informed, prepared and well cared for.

All went as planned. I found Dr. Cline to have a great bedside manner when talking to me about what I considered a very sensitive subject. I would highly recommend him to others who find themselves in the same position as I was.

He is the best doctor in Austin. There are only 2 options in Austin area for Colorectal and I went to the other doctor due to the ease in appointment and realized the mistake when I went and had to find Dr. Cline whom I had difficulty getting appointment but once I met him it was worth the wait as he is very good and very knowledgable
