My experience with Dr. Horton has stuck with me for many years, but not for the right reasons. I had been diagnosed with a less common heart/neurological issue which Dr. Horton decided to tell me and my husband that I would DIE in two years or less after seeing me for a Tilt Table Test. During my test he constantly kept telling me to relax, to which I replied I am but this is my constant state my heart is in. Thankfully, my cardiologist in Austin, who actually referred me to him told me to disregard his feedback and I eventually found an amazing Dr. in Dallas who understood my condition and gave me a path forward. I am alive today because of that Dr. and didn't listen to this lunatic. Do not trust your diagnosis and life to this person unless you have a common heart issue.

Dr. Horton cared for me several years before we decided I should have an ablation. His care was professional and efficient. He listened attentively and took my concerns into consideration. Altogether a wonderful experience.

I drove over 2 hours to keep an appointment I had made WITH Dr. Horton. I was seen NOT by the doctor but by a nurse practitioner. This is not the first time they have done this even though I have told them I do not want to be seen by a nurse practitioner. I had issues I wanted to discuss with the doctor, not tell the nurse who then went to ask the doctor then came back to tell me what he said.I gave up and left without getting my questions answered! I could have seen a nurse practitioner in their office closer to me which would have been a 30-40 minute drive not over 2 hours!

Dr. Horton and Becky and his entire team are absolutely world-class, Dr. Horton has performed successful ablation and watchman procedures on me and I could not be happier and healthier! I plan on living a totally healthy, happy, quality life until reach the Big 100! Dr C - I always recommend Dr Horton and Becky to all of my patients and family and friends!

Did ablation and the watchman procedure over 2 days at Medical City Dallas. Both procedures went well with no problems. Both the doctor and the team were very professional and informative. Both do again with Dr Horton if further procedures were necessary.

Dr. Horton is simply the best. He came highly recommended and I have never been disappointed. He suggested that I have an ablation which he felt would alleviate one if not both of the heart conditions that I have. The ablation successfully alleviated the SVT that I had dealt with for over 40 years. While in the outpatient clinic for the procedure, each staff member that came in asked where we were from and we we perplexed by this. I finally asked one of them and they said that people from all over the world come to Austin from just to be treated by Dr. Horton. We felt so blessed to be in such good hands. Thank you, Dr. Horton!
