As an immigrant without any family. It's hard when I'm sick. I couldnt find a good PCP that's nice and thorough until I made an appointment with Dr Santiago. They made me comfortable. I'm glad I found this clinic. People should understand that patients need time and there are wait times in the clinic. It saddens me when people who doesn't work in healthcare that waiting is part of life. Would definitely recommend this doctor to my fellow immigrants who are scared of American Healthcare.

The son - nurse practitioner is great and very patient with you. But the father is pretty terrible, they called me back after getting lab results just to tell me there was nothing wrong with them and give a 1 hour sermon about cholesterol rates, eating salmon, and getting cramps on ladybird lake. Either way you need to wait an hour to see anyone, even if you get the earliest available appointment. I would recommend staying away from this place

My family and I have been patients of Dr José Santiago for over 30 years. It gave me great pleasure to be seen and attended by his his son Dr José Santiago Jr. His caring, and friendly smile was very inviting. He was very professional and attentive to my needs. I see a very valuable asset added to Dr Santiago's office staff . Please let him know we are very appreciative and thankful for his service.
