The doctor and staff were very efficient.

Dr. Rabón and staff are beyond amazing!!!The staff and providers truly go above and beyond and took time to explain the new process on my child diagnosis.

Dr Rabon and her team are great! They take the time to ask questions and explain everything thoroughly. They are very good at listening to our questions and concerns. We never feel rushed while we are in the office. The care we receive for our son is exceptional.

I used to like her, but I will never forget how rude she was to me about the fact that I wanted a teledoc appt. for my daughter during worst part of pandemic. My daughter has special needs and this was the only safe option before the vaccine. She told me I could find another doctor if I wasn't willing to have daughter see her in the office. This is after office staff said she could do teledoc option. Dr. Rabon also gave me a hard time about giving my daughter a referral to another doctor. We are moving to another city and she thought she knew better and assumed that my 18 year old daughter would not be seen at new pediatric facility (since she is no longer officially a child though has developmental delays) even though the other doctors said they would. It took many calls back and forth.

Excessive wait. Poor bedside manner. Child later diagnosed with thyroid nodules confirmed by imaging. This doctor completely missed diagnosing this

Love the staff and the office!!! So happy we found a great endocrinologist.

We have always had a great experience with Dr. Rabon and her nurse is amazing. She helped us get my son's medication when the insurance was refusing to pay for it. Her nurse must have spent hours taking care of it. They really care about their patients and always keep us updated.

It's horrible how they refuse to try to work you in. I asked for a new pt appt and they said nov. 12th, oh but if you're a current pt. Too bad so sad, we dont have anything until after January 2020. What the heck, and rhey refuse to refuse let you see another Dr. That actually has sooner appointments. I'm willing to go to scott & white.

She was very kind and patient. The wait wasnt very long. Are room was a nice size. Both the waiting are and the room was clean and had a toy for younger children.

Caution to those with a high deductible health insurance plan. $501.00 for an office visit with Dr. Rabon, and we are responsible for $332.44 for a relatively short visit where little was discussed or assessed. Lesson learned, but for us, very little information for such a high bill. I understand the insurance side as that is what we signed up for, but the cost of the visit is unreasonable and really takes advantage of some patient cases. Perhaps some up front transparency on pricing would have been helpful. Staff was courteous and professional.
