I would highly recommend Dr. Christine Masuda, after seeking help for my teenage son, who had a breakdown literally overnight I searched for a couple of months to find the right person to see him, there were a couple of people and tried to help, but they were not at the level of Christine Masuda. She is a consummate very intelligent, professional My family and I are very grateful for dr. Masuda diligence in discerning what the problem was with him and staying with us and guiding us in the right direction for his long-term needs.

I was delighted to learn that Dr. Christine Masuda would be joining Sigma Mental Health Urgent Care to provide more timely access to psychiatric care in Austin through their urgent treatment model. Having had the privilege of working with Dr. Masuda, she is one of the highest quality physicians in terms of breath of knowledge, thoroughness and compassion. She strives to provide the best care possible in conjunction with goals expressed by the those seeking her help. I readily refer to Dr. Masuda and/or Sigma due to their high quality of care and ready availability. Filling a gap in services often due to lengthy wait times for establishing outpatient psychiatric care, they help to initiate treatment as one awaits transition to ongoing psychiatric services based on their individual needs and circumstances. They offer a bridge to care for those who are not currently in life-threatening crisis, but who need timely mental health assessment and treatment.
