Mary Hines has pulled me back from crippled states more times than I like to admit. Mary and all of the staff are great and very knowledgeable about their trade. The pool and hot tub are exceptional.

I can't say enough good things about my therapist at Spero Rehab. Shelly is knowledgeable and personable and shows she really cares about me and getting me back to a normal life without pain. She gives me the time that it takes and goes over everything very thoroughly to make sure I understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. I would strongly recommend her for any individual that is in need of physical therapy. My medical doctor recommended Spero Rehab and I am so thankful he did.

For 25 years I've been going to Ergowellness (now Spero Rehab) originally for physical therapy for my upper body due to repetitive stress injuries. Now that I'm older the hips, legs & back need P.T. Lynn Jackson hires excellent, knowledgeable therapists with several certifications using a variety of techniques to strengthen, stretch & help you reduce pain, increase mobility & help you resume a normal life. I love the body work & the warm pool & hot tub for aqua therapy is THE BOMB!

PT s are knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs. Staff is welcoming and helpful. The therapy rooms are cozy, and the small therapy pool is the best. I love the location because it’s hidden in plain sight. Yes, I would definitely recommend to anyone needing physical therapy!

I’ve been suffering from Sciatica for several months. I did physical therapy at another provider. No results. After just two weeks of working with Joshua I am much better. Not a 100% yet but I know I’ll be there soon because of Joshua’s knowledge of how to treat my condition.

Very effective PhysicalTherapy! I highly recommend for anyone living with PD. I had Cole and Valerie who made up a great team for me in effectively managing the PD symptoms. I requested vigorous PT which is required to control PD symptoms, and which Cole worked me hard! I requested strong vestibular therapy to work on balance issues which Valerie also worked me hard in vestibular therapy. Cole and Valerie are both very strong DPTs. This clinic is very careful about managing the facilities and the services for all of their clients, especially the seniors. This clinic is the best.!

I love my Spero Rehab family! I don’t want therapy anywhere else. The staff is compassionate and encouraging. They go above and beyond. Each of them truly care about my overall well-being in addition to what I’m being treated for.
