List of Spero Rehab's Reviews
I've been in and out of PT since 1981 - Cleveland Clinic, Bennett Institute of Baltimore, Rocky Mountain Orthopedics, and Spero, among others. I rate Spero at the top because of their state of the art facility, highly qualified therapists, and the awesome results I am getting. I wholeheartedly recommend Spero for people with PT needs.
Functionally competent therapists are an important part of a physical therapy outfit, and they are good. But it does not end there. Working with clients demands following basic tenets of service and respect. When you engage with your client you do not continue with rambling private conversation amongst your coworkers. That is plain rude. It makes us feel excluded and ignored. And then there are the scheduling practices – at a minimum, I expect notice when an appointment series is discontinued. You ask for 24 cancellation. So do I. You have lost my business.

Specific and technical treatment of Pt’s.
The PT who works with me is very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. Only negative thing I experienced was that the person in charge of new patients took more than a week to give me information. Only when I called the current patient line that someone informed me on what to do or send by email. After that it took another week for the scheduler to send me the schedule. If the other PT facility I scheduled with was to my liking cause I got a schedule right away, I wouldn’t have returned to. S pero.
Best therapy place I ever been to big ups to mike and Jessica
I am very grateful to Spero. I worked with a few different PTs over the course of a year and a half, all wonderful. I wasn't improving and knew I needed surgery but for some reason I needed to hear it from the PT. Amanda, my PT therapist at the time had finally said it's time. I listened and got the surgery. I am now 8 weeks post op and have a new life. I am so thankful that I had a therapist willing to work with me but knew when it was time to send me on my way. I am now out of pain and looking forward to getting into PT and this time getting to see improvements. Thank you Amanda. I know you aren't a surgery fan but it was a gift you gave me in suggesting it was time.
Amazing therapists and modern therapy equipment
Absolutely AWESOME! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staffis great: professional, upbeat, caring, committed to improving your health and outstanding at hearing what their patients have to say. Right from the start I felt optimistic about getting well. Spero rocks! Jackie P.
Cole at Spero Rehab Austin is amazing. His knowledge, professionalism, support, and compassion has made the work of healing and reaching my goals possible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
