Dr. Pearce attempted arthroscopic repair of my shoulder. I continued to dislocate after surgery. When I told him it was a failure in my post-op appointments he was so incredibly dismissive that I had to find a second surgeon for revision.

Alright, here’s the deal. The front desk staff is absolutely horrible. I’d give specifics, but I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. Let’s just say every visit I’ve had an issue with them being unpleasant. I got into a pretty bad car accident November 2020 that resulted in immediate hand surgery. I was assigned to Dr. Pearce. He is very cut/dry and you’ll need to do the research yourself for any questions or concerns you may have, because he won’t go out of his way to cover all areas of surgery (pre, during and post). Dr. Pearce’s assistant always has a smile on. I can’t remember her name, but Thank You! The Radiologist, Kevin, is so kind! Get ready to hear whistles and compliments as he takes your X-ray. Dr. Pearce has been on a handful of publications, but the team’s overall bedside manner just isn’t worth the visit.Despite my less than pleasant experience - Every doctor, nurse, therapist, etc. have mentioned he did a great job with device placement and scar.

Saw someone else mention the scheduling staff cutting the line.. It happened to me as well. I have been waiting over 20 minutes in the system..

I understand that there's a virus going around, but, the scheduling staff there hung up on me-3 times over two days. Paige I believe was the person I was dealing with. I have no idea why they would do that, my conversation with Paige was fine. I really want Dr. Pearce to know how his staff would deal with a potentially NEW client. Very RUDE! Moving on to another doctor

I experienced a ruptured achilles which is easily the most serious injury of my life. Dr. Pearce was very thorough in helping explain the process all the way through and I had 0 issues post-surgery. Would definitely recommend him!

I sustained a serious knee injury while snow skiing. Dr. Pearce identified the issues that needed to be addressed (ACL reconstruction) and successfully repaired all issues. I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Pearce and his staff!
