Stonegate Surgery Center's Online Review Report Card

This is most horrible place. I went for colonoscopy, they made whole in colon, they put me in life threating situation. and then didn't want to do anything and kept on passing responsibility. I am still suffering

This facility deserve ZERO star. they shrug their responsibility when their is a crisis. after surgery (because of Doctor neglegence) when I was in great pain they didn't helped.

Never heard of a medical facility asking for up front payments for surgeries that aren't elective, was notified 3 days prior of financial responsibility of about $2000 they wanted in full @ time of service or at least half to put on payment plan, I informed them then that wasn't a possibility, I was told they would see what they could do and call me back. The day before my procedure (today) I have already been on the liquid fast diet for 36hr, they call me to confirm time, and I reiterate that I won't be able to pay even half of this visit and they cancel my procedure because there is nothing they can do. THEY COULD OF TOLD ME THIS 2 DAYS AGO! TRASH!

The staff was awesome, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this facility and its staff.

Updated to 4 stars from 2 because the facility and staff were nice, but still read re: insurance (probably don't use insurance with them??) Riddle me this: My procedure will cost more through my Oscar insurance plan (out of pocket), but if I tell them I don't have insurance, they will charge me 60% less. What? This shows that they are literally taking advantage of insurance companies, which isn't anything new, but it comes back to directly hurt their members because Oscar is passing this cost right along to me. So it's actually CHEAPER out of pocket to not use insurance as opposed to using insurance. What? Please Amazon, save the world of this ridiculous health insurance system. So tip, for anyone getting a procedure done here, ask what it would cost off of insurance. I know, insane.

My experience at Stonegate was amazing! All the staff are exceptional. Kind, compassionate, caring & attentive. Every single person involved with my procedure came to introduce themselves & answer any questions I may have had. From check-in to IV placement to being wheeled into the procedure room to waking up when it was over & asking when they were gonna do my procedure which was already complete (Lol), I was never uncomfortable. They actually eased all of the anxiety I was feeling upon arrival. 5 star care. Definitely recommend Stonegate!

I recently had surgery at Stonegate, and I thought the staff was friendly, accommodating, and ensured that I was comfortable and well cared for. The office staff were very pleasant; the nurses and other staff members, again, made me feel comfortable and safe, both before surgery and after surgery. Everyone, including the doctor and anesthesiologist were prompt, on time, attentive, and everything I could hope for.

Had surgery here. Stone gate was amazing and all the staff was very nice and helpful. The only bad thing is the front desk lady, when I entered she seemed very rude and standoffish. Not very welcoming. Other than that Stonegate you were great land made me feel safe. Thanks Stonegate.

Had to get a quick surgery and was sort of thrown through the process within a couple weeks. Ended up here for my surgery and was treated very well. Staff was cordial as could reasonably be despite the early am (5:30am) start I had and my anxiety with the surgery. Mari, Kelsey, Tina, Danielle, Jesse, Leslie thank you for your help, comfort, and distracting banter. Also double thanks to whoever performed my nerveblock that kept me pretty comfy as it’s still wearing off a bit. :)
