I have worked in Long Term Care and Hospital settling, I haven't work for a company that I enjoy like the way I enjoy working for Team Select Home Care. I have been with Team Select over a year now and I would not want to work any where else. The office staffs make sure nurses and patient is a great fit and comfortable with one another.<br>The teams in the office are incredible in working and finding shifts for nurses and accommodating nurses schedules. I appreciate Nelson, Amy and others for their hard work every day.

I have been very pleased with this nursing agency. There’s very little staff turnover so you get to know your contact people well as they do you. I can tell that they thrive to meet and match family needs. I have been with a few different agencies in the last 10 years and Team Select has been the most consistent with communication And trying to find coverage.

Love this company! As an RN who made the switch from acute care to private duty nursing, I was nervous about what to expect but knew I needed something different. I received job offers from several companies and ended up choosing Team Select because of their staff. Eugenia is the Relationship Manager for several of my patients and she works so hard to understand not only my preferences, but to understand these children, their families, and their needs. Private duty nursing isn’t just about finding a nurse that can DO the job, it’s also about finding someone that can fit into the household dynamics and she is genuinely great at that. Hailey is the case manager for several of my patients, as well, and she truly does everything she can to support me advocating for these children and their families to get all the help they need. If there is ever a time I feel like my patient might benefit from a therapy or device, she has been there to guide us. I have never felt alone in the field, there is ALWAYS someone educated and competent just a phone call away to help me work through clinical or clerical issues if they arise and I need a second opinion. I love this team and I’m grateful to be working with these wonderful men and women, I know the families I work with feel the same.

This is my 5th home health company I have worked for as an RN over the last few years and I can say the staff with this company have beyond met exceptions since day one. They have also expressed the value they have for their field nurses and have never fallen short of being understanding of our own personal welfare. So happy I was contacted by Amy, from Team Select. I love working at Team Select! She was creative and thinks on her feet. I was in the middle of a move but she thought why not work until your move date gets closer. I said what have I got to lose, sure. She even looked up where I was moving and found a Team Select location close by. Than Nelson found me great case to start off on. Johnathan was so helpful during the hiring process. Any time I had a clinical question Preston was there to help. Eugenie was super friendly. In the little time I was there I was so welcomed by all the staff. It’s a great team to work with. You won’t regret it!

I have been an RN for over 24 years and worked in a variety of different settings. I started private duty nursing with Team Select in December 2025. I can genuinely say I have never been this fulfilled with leadership, administrative staff, and the work I do!!<br>In my experience it has been rare to find work satisfaction in all these areas. Terrible experience for nurse and family.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Team Select. Their communication is always professional, clear, and timely. I truly appreciate how they keep me updated with any changes whether it’s scheduling or staff updates, I’m never left in the dark.
