This place feels to me that it's completely lacking any homie or relaxing feel at all. So aside from the amazing resources & charities they provide for the city of Austin which is why I still gave 3 stars. I those 2 things alone now unfortunately drops this Community Foundation property to my least favorite.

I resided at this " Terrace at Oak Springs ." Unit 402. This place has some serious problems when it comes to safety and your life. I had several break ins and knowing this with my audio equipment ( because all I had at time) I went to Maxine whom is / was supervisor and ask her to please check if there had been any one entering my Unit. And she gets on Computer acts like she gonna pull wool over my eyes and says. " Umm nope see there has not been anyone going into your place. And if you know me flags went up everywhere. Stunned by this " SUPERVISOR " lie I went to get drunk and im still getting drunk...thanks alot MHMR. WELL from this point every other day when I was gone my place was somebody's party central. It gets worse I finally retrieved some video of an intruder while I was watching television and came up from behind and well lights out for me but not my camera.. Seem Unit 402 & 401 are some kind of BLUE BOOK PROJECT. NOT GOOD!!!!!. I GOT TO LOOKING CLOSER INTO MY TRAP AND FOUND AIR HOSES RUNNING THROUGH MY VENTS I SUSPECT THE ODERLESS COLORLESS GAS WAS THE TRICK. CAUSE LET ME TELL YOU I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT THE HELL WAS PUTTING ME TO SLEEP. Your probably bored with this review ,so I make short. However I got more hot off the press info on this dump from hell if you wanna hear more.... I also have pictures of my place and David Johnson playing guitar. Most all the pics are my place
