While I have not had my surgery yet (it’s in august) the process took me three months! The doctor ordered tests and I completed them promptly. I had questions, they answered quickly. Staff seems to be working as a team successfully to ensure things run smoothly.

I am in the pre op phase, everyone in the office is super nice & are always willing to answer any question. There is always someone available via, phone, email or message. The process has been pretty quick and hassle free. I'll update y'all after my surgery :)
