Love this place! They always have last minute openings for anything that comes up especially if it’s an emergency. Every pediatrician (Dr.Butler and Dr.Avalos) we've seen has been very knowledgeable and caring! I never feel like they are rushing me out and I get all my questions answered and they make me feel that my kiddos are in good hands . Everyone is so nice and caring including front desk and the nurses are very sweet (katalina) .they also have a security person who will put a smile on just Anyone that comes in trough their doors. I feel beyond blessed and lucky I came across this place I Would totally recommend this place to anyone!

I like the doctor and the facility. However I don’t appreciate the front desk staff being passive aggressive complaining because we were the only patients in the waiting room waiting to be seen and they wanted to get off work at 11:30AM. “Well I guess we can forget about 11:30”. I mean I get it but I work in healthcare as well, ensuring that doctors get paid by health plans and I wouldn’t let a doctor over hear me saying well I guess I won’t get off work when I want to because I have to serve you. Poor customer service in my opinion. Don’t like your job or schedule maybe consider a new line of work.
