Scammers. Not honest about insurance coverage. Get you in the door then surprise you with $12,000 out of network costs. Do not recommend. Slow to move medical records also

Texas Fertility Center is the best place to go to treat infertility issues. Dr. Silverberg, is highly recommended because he's the best of them all. Dr. Silverberg is well knowledgeable and experienced. He will explain every step of the journey to you. He answered all my questions and was never in a rush. The nurses were all professional and willing to assist me when I ran out of medications. I gave birth to my beautiful baby last year in August. I'm recommending Dr. Silverberg to everyone! Trust me, you will be glad you came across my review. I wish you all the very best!!

If I could rate Texas Fertility with more than 5 stars, I would. We absolutely loved working with Dr Silverberg and his team of nurses. You interact with the nurses so much and they are so lovely! Answering all my questions and calming my worries. They are so amazing! Dr Silverberg was always in a good mood and would also listen to my questions about studies I had read and why he thought we should or shouldn’t do something that I had read about. He was always willing to explain things to me and I appreciated his honesty. We came to TF after 2 failed transfers at another clinic in town. We weren’t feeling heard, and it didn’t seem we really mattered. While it was so scary to leave and transfer over our embryos, I am so so thankful we did. We welcomed our sweet baby girl almost 10 months ago and are getting ready to get things going again. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I have seen some reviews about the long waits, they are busy because they are successful and because they stop to answer all your questions. When you’re the one in there, you will appreciate that!

I'm still waiting on my doctor right at moment after 1 hour 3mins they are running late on my appointment . This is not ok and I'm in tears...i wish they would have known how stress the patients like me are being going through this journey. And they def don't make it any better . And please don't respond me as " we can't find you in our record" as you responded to all negative reviews. Omg... God knows I and my husband were waiting over an hour this morning at Texax fertility center on mopac. After I spoke up, they said they didn't see my check-in.

I just want to share my great experience with Dr. Lisa Hansard. She did a myomectomy on me and she was very gentle and I felt so cared for in the entire process. She looks very young but she actually has decades of experience and I will recommend her to anyone anytime. Her team, from the nurses, surgery coordinator, billing and clerks are all very responsive and kind. I am so blessed to have found her.

Highly recommend Tx Fertility & Dr. Silverberg! He and his team were amazing throughout the process and we are happy with our results!

I am very grateful for the exceptional service I received from Dr. Lisa Hansard and her team. Dr. Hansard has a very gentle soul. She is very caring. For someone who’s had so many issues like me, I appreciated every moment with her. She performed a myomectomy on me and I’ve had no problems. If I had any questions, someone in her team either emailed immediately or called. I highly recommend Dr. Hansard. She looks so young but she actually has decades of practice.

Dr. Silverberg and all of the TFC team is outstanding. We feel so lucky to have gotten such a life changing referral to them -- while the journey isn't easy or simple no matter what it is... the way he walks the line between direct and comforting is pretty much unparalleled in my experience with any medical arena. When so much is new and unknown, I can't think of a better combination in a doctor. (I'm pretty sad we don't get to stay with the team til birth)... Highly highly recommend.

We used Dr Propst twice and was able to get pregnant both times (IUI) with no issues. The only issue I have is when it comes to payment/billing. Our last ultrasound appointment we asked for the bill so we can pay right then and there and they said it was no payment. 3 months later (today) we get a bill saying we owe from the last appointment which is weird and very inconvenient considering we like to pay the day of the appointment. The last pregnancy we overpaid the whole time and they didn't realize it until after I was pregnant but they made it right paid me back what I overpaid. If they can improve in that area this would be an awesome place to expand your family.
