This doctor is just bad at her job. She misdiagnosed our infant and lost precious time. Also did not obtain prior authorization for diagnostic imaging leading to massive issues with getting it covered by insurance.

Absolutely HORRIFIC!! If your child is injured or ill & you decide to take them to Dell Children's thinking it would be a good choice. THINK AGAIN! If you do go & find Tina Chu the attending physician immediately grab your child & run out of there as fast as you can. If not you will soon be caught up in the web of lies & false reports initiated by her & the EViLS of CPS. At this point you are doomed. Chu will not listen creates her own scenario & will play upon it. HEARTWRENCHING DESTRUCTION

Dr. Chu takes disturbing and unnecessary risks with children's health. Ordering tests seemingly for no other purpose than revenue. She fails to listen to parents and is incapable of treating patients based on their symptoms rather than ordering unnecessary inapplicable tests. I would NEVER allow her to handle my child again. I'm frightened for the families that enter the ER who do not have a voice or think they have a choice.
