Dr Chavana was thorough and explained everything he was checking for in the exam. They take covid mitigation steps from the moment you step in. The office was easy to find and get a place to park. I didn't need glasses but if I did it looks from the display that I would have had a lot of choices in having them made.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Chavana for several years. Our 12 year old recently didn’t pass his eye exam at the Dr’s office and so we brought him in as well. Dr. Chavana gave us several options for him since his vision had changed. We decided with the CRT lenses that he only wears at night (to correct his vision) and now his vision is better than 20/20. Dr. Chavana is always very professional, helpful, and he makes great recommendations. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job of disinfecting the office/machines. I would recommend Today’s Vision (Dr. Chavana) if you are out there looking for a great eye doctor.-Solis Family

My visit was pretty unexceptional here. The Doctor was nice, but many other things will ensure I never come back.First: from my experience, they don’t really take insurance. I was told that they charge a standard $120 fee for every visit upfront- regardless of your insurance, which is NOT standard most places I found out. (It should be a specialist copay amount - normally $50.) The person at the front desk even tried to tell me that I needed to pay my full deductible before I could use copay pricing! (Wrong, lol.)Second: I waited for the doctor for almost an hour; the whole visit took nearly two hours. I watched the only other appointment before me walk out before going to the back room.Third: I didn’t walk away with a full understanding of what was going on with my eye and the doctor did not seem eager to talk about it. Again, he was pleasant, but didn’t really seem to care.They stole my time and my money. Just be sure this is the right doctor for you before going.

finding frames has always been difficult for me, but ricky was very helpful! he was patient and answered all of my questions in clear, easy-to-understand detail. definitely would recommend coming by when he's working; he made my experience significantly easier and more enjoyable!

Very poor service. I was told my normal eye exam for contacts and glasses would be just 10min but it ended up taking about 2.5hrs. It took forever for them to verify my insurance then finally once it was verified and I was called back I had to wait close to an hour before I saw the Dr who was in a rush and only spent like 10min in the room. The 3 persons who work there all seemed disorganized and confused. Then I decided to order my glasses from another company and realized Vision Gateway didn't even completely full out my RX for glasses.Definitely don't recommend this place at all.

I had a fantastic experience at Today's Vision! The staff, Ricky and Sydney, are so personable and helped me find the best deal on contacts. Highly recommend!

I did not have a good experience here at all. I went for an eye infection and they charged me every time I went in for out of pocket costs even though my insurance was in network. My insurance called them to advocate for me, and he said he sent a check and would double check on it but it never came. I tried calling them multiple times after, they wouldn't get back to me. Overall I got cheated out of my own money and did not receive proper infection treatment on top of it.

I am super frustrated adjusting the glassed that I bought from here. I took me so much time to go back and forth and the technician seemed can't get it right. The more he touched my glasses, they got messed up in different ways. What grossed is that he didn't clean my glasses after adjusments were made.Plus the hours of this place are not convenientPlus their prices are too high given the quality of service they provide. I Would rather buy from Warby Parker than from this place. It is so sad that a small business like this will not thrive because they are not up their game.
