Overall nice place, but they have failed to order the proper blood test 2 times back-to-back now. Each time this happens you need to go in to get blood drawn again, which is a huge pain.

Showed up for a covid test a little early and there were able to see me right away. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Super easy and convenient!

Super quick and friendly COVID testing service!! Grabbed what could have been the only remaining COVID test appointment in the entire city of Austin day of while every other location was unavailable for days. Paperwork took some time as always, but able to complete fully digitally on my phone. Test was quick and results (negative woohoo!) were provided promptly following my appointment. Will be using for all my testing needs going forward.

I had some good experiences here in my three years of having them as my PCP. However, I discovered that one of the physician assistants (now gone) was posting pictures of patients’ wounds, boils, skin lesions, etc. on his personal Instagram page. He didn’t give identifying information, but it was pretty jarring to say the least. I considered making an official complaint but didn’t.In addition, I was prescribed a very routine baldness medication that I will need to take for a lifetime and the office stopped renewing my medication with the pharmacy. They stated I would need to come in once or twice a year (!) for an appointment to continue to renew this medication that I will be taking for life. Given that the medication will never change as long as I desire to keep my hair, this profit motivated policy to continue medically unnecessary appointments is just bonkers.

Friendly staff. Easy appointment booking. In and out for Covid test got the results back before I even made it home!

I came here to get a rapid Covid test and it went so smoothly and they were very friendly and quick! You just have to fill out a short questionnaire and it's all over the phone so it's quick when they call you in! Also got the results in 15 minutes via text!! Would definitely recommend if you need a rapid test.
