Went in for a COVID rapid test. The staff were professional and made my appointment quick and easy. Received my results within an hour after going in.

Was told on the phone by an appointment scheduler that works for Total Men's Primary Care that testosterone testing would be "covered" by my insurance as long as I scheduled my appointment before 10 am. I scheduled my appointment for 8:05 am on Friday, Oct 29. When I got there, the doctor asked why I wanted to be tested, said there'd be two blood draws involved, and then left. Then, a woman came in to explain that the cost of my supposedly "covered" testing would be over $100.Either I was lied to by the scheduler or not told what "covered" meant. I told them what I was told by the scheduler, but they came back and still said it would be over $100. So, I left - but still had to pay a $25 copay for the 4- minute "doctor visit" where he just asked why I wanted testing and then chose to not get the testing due to improper cost communication on the clinic's part. I'm assuming customer service isn't Total Men's bag.I also received a text message from total men's asking how my experience went. I explained it to them. They responded saying they'd get someone to contact me. Five days later, I still haven't heard from them. Will update review if I do.The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is that I'm sure they provide decent services, but their pricing, at least in my experience, was not truthfully given up front and I was forced to pay a copay for something I wound up not even receiving. Sucks to suck.Edit: Still haven't heard anything - it's been 2 months.

I have gone to Total Men’s Primary Care on several occasions to get COVID Testing and have always had great care with fast response times even without an appointment! Highly recommend!
