I have been to Total Mens Primary Care several times and it has been a pleasant experience every time. No waiting in the waiting room for an hour just to be taken back to the exam room and wait another hour for the doctor, who then treats you like he/she has better things to do. No waiting around at Primary Care. The take you back and take great care of you, as if you were the only patient they were seeing that day. Definitely the only place I go for all my health care needs.

I was able to get an appointment this morning for a covid test. I got there early was able to fill out my information and they got me back quickly. Very nice and professional. Glad i chose them today. Seems like they are there for their patients and ready to help with whatever is needed. Thanks for being there today.

I woke up 2 days ago with very mild COVID symptoms but preferred to have a COVID rapid test done due to having young kids. I called about 7 different places who were all sold out of at home tests and the earliest appt I could make was 4 days later at several locations as well. As one of my last resorts, I called Total Men’s Health Tech Ridge to see if they would accept a female walk in for COVID testing. To my surprise, they said yes and gave me a good time that same day to come into their office to have a minimal wait time. I checked in and was able to fill out their new patient paperwork on my phone in my car while I waited for a room to open. I was in and out within 2 minutes once it was my time to be seen and received results via text message and email within 40 minutes. Donna even texted me later that evening to check in. I highly recommend Mens Total Health - please get the word out that they will do COVID rapid tests on men, women and children!

Great experience getting a rapid covid test here. I was easily able to make an appointment online and add all my personal information digitally. Quick and friendly customer service onsite as well. Had my results within the hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for quick covid testing results!
