Touchstone Medical Imaging's Online Review Report Card

Making an appointment with this place is an absolute nightmare. I was scheduled today for 10 am procedure with another to follow at 11 am. I had received many conflicting texts regarding appointment times and location of the procedure. We were in the car leaving for appointment at 9:15 and I called to verify which location. I was told #1 that my appointment was scheduled for 9 am BUT #2 my blood work didn't provide the correct info so we need to reschedule. Are you f...ing kidding me? No one bothered to call and inform me of this! I canceled other plans to accommodate this!And I'm going to let these idiots inject my spine? Not a chance...

*****THIS PLACE IS A SCAM*****I've been going here for years. They have recently sent their entire billing department over seas. Now every time I go for imaging they incorrectly bill me. I pay up front and then they send me an invoice to blindly pay a month later! All of the reps are overseas and don't care if you've already paid or not. They are just reading from a script with no brain cells being used. This has happen twice now in the last few months. The way they are doing business is a scam!

Staff was wonderful and efficient. Be warned that the price quoted is nowhere near accurate. I paid my bill in full only to be surprised by a surprise $200 bill 20 days later. Unnecessarily expensive ultrasound.

The staff were very friendly and the technician was very informative and comforting.. I highly recommend this facility for all your radiology exams

They’re fast and seem to know what they’re doing. The reports they write are clearer and more detailed than reports I’ve gotten from other places.

When sitting in the waiting room for my MRI the front desk employees were discussing the "pregnancy " issues she was having. She was telling her coworker about her not having everything ready for the baby. Complaining about "his " mother" buying the crib, but it is on backorder. She feels that his mom should buy the bassinet she wants, but his mom said she can't afford it. She told her coworker that it costs $200.00. These things should not be discussed at the front desk, where patients can hear. Aaron and Dr. Schneider were awesome.

I would give 0 stars if possible, and not for the staff or service in the building, but for the billing management. I have been in discussions with the Touchstone billing office since September 2021. It turned out that they miscalculated a bill and they had incorrectly requested $2592.32 in charges. If I hadn't been proactive and knowledgable of the healthcare billing system and if I hadn't had the assistance of my insurer, Touchstone would have sent me to collections for a payment amount I was not actually responsible for. I am STILL in conversations with Touchstone, because when my bill was finally corrected in March 2022, I set up a payment plan but Touchstone continued to bill me as if I hadn't set up the payment plan, marking bills as past due, but even more infuriating they aren't showing my past payments that I also made manually. This company will run you into the ground and deplete all your energy when it comes to settling incorrect healthcare bills. I do NOT recommend them. I suggest going to ARA.

Scheduled an MRI w/Touchstone. With good insurance, the co-pay was $1500. Fortunately, I called the day before to confirm the appointment and was informed of my expense. Cancelled it on the spot. If possible, check with other imaging organizations before doing business with Touchstone.

I’ll pay $672 for ultrasound with my insurance, after this I receive a message from my insurance that I must pay only $462 for this procedure. I’ve made a call to touchstone and ask about a refund on this difference, and get a lot of explanation about it takes weeks , we don’t know… we don’t see this bill bla bla bla
