I've been going here for years. They have recently sent their entire billing department over seas. Now every time I go for imaging they incorrectly bill me. I pay up front and then they send me an invoice to blindly pay a month later! All of the reps are overseas and don't care if you've already paid or not. They are just reading from a script with no brain cells being used. This has happen twice now in the last few months. The way they are doing business is a scam!

Very kind and caring staff. I was happy when I arrived and even happier when I left. Words can't describe this. If you've ever had an MRI and felt like you needed out of that machine like yesterday! This was nothing like that...for having my entire upper body in that machine with one arm extended out and one under my hip laying face down. He described it like superman flying. He nailed it and I almost fell asleep in that position. I was actually impressed. Hope you have the same experience...

I had to drive 40 miles earlier this week for an ultrasound in Dripping at ARA (otherwise would be 2 week wait) so when I was at the doc today, I said I want someone else! They not only got me in SAME DAY, i was even seen within an hour of initially speaking to the scheduler!! Everyone all around was super nice and I’ll definitely be recommending!!!

Front desk needs to be trained on customer service. I was told prior to arrive that my financial assistance was approved and once I arrived everything changed. If you needed attitional documentation from me then someone should have reached out sooner. I wasted time, gas, and I will not go back!
