List of Touchstone Medical Imaging's Reviews
Was able to get an appmt on Saturday with 24 hr notice a beautiful clean facility with professionals. An easy excellent recommendation
Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were extremely nice and professional. The exam went well and didn't take to long. My only complaint is waiting about a half hour after my appointment to get the first x-ray and another half hour after that for the MRI.
I have been trying my hardest to get an mri done to find out the reason for my sciatica. I tried 7 times to get a fricken mri done because I’m in so much pain I have a 6month old that I can’t even lift. They have made me jump through hurdles to get the order from my doctor and promised me that I could come in this morning and I would have no trouble being seen. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and gave me attitude. Apparently they are all booked up today. Why would the lady at the round rock location tell me I can be seen no problem. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. I will never be returning!!
The employee today was extremely rude, hopefully no one else gets treated this way.
Steve was great!! Made my experience almost enjoyable. 😊 I will definitely recommend them to family and friends for any imaging needs!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
My experience here is through worker's comp so I'm not sure about pricing and insurance. What I can say is my experience with the staff and the event itself were mostly pleasant. Staff was friendly and accommodating when the positions necessary to do my MRIs cause such discomfort I was unable to hold still at times. The room for the MRI machine is COLD. I was told to wear loose lightweight clothes so it was a shock to walk into the frigid room with a baggy thin shirt and shorts with no socks in sight. On prompt I was able to ask for a pair and was given 2 sheets instead. There wasn't much in the way of customer service but everyone was polite and to the point which is just as good in my opinion. I am 5"4' at 220lbs and the machine was decently snug around me with just enough room to raise off the table when my muscles started to spasm. I suggest working on breathing exercises or taking a "nap" if you're claustrophobic.
I received a letter in the mail that stated their systems had been breached and all the data they have about me and their other customes has been exposed to the intruders. What irks me the most is the fact the letter stated they were aware of the breach on 12/24/21, NINE months before the letter is dated. Unacceptable to take that long to notify customers of something like this.Secondly, the letter is simply a "we're sorry, but we hope you continue to use us!" letter. No offer of compensation of credit monitoring, no offer to have a firm review insurance claims to fraud due to the intrusion; that's all on me to take care of for their failure. I understand breaches can happen but to pull this kind of response is unacceptable. I will be never use Touchstone again if this is how they handle such situations.
Staff made me feel comfortable and explained the process thoroughly.
Failed to let me know that my insurance was out of network and didn't even let me know how much my CT would be until the time of my appointment and still failed to tell me then that I was out of network when I asked why it was so much!!! Definitely stick with ARA!
Professional staff.. Fast friendly and honest.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
