Dr. Kansas is excellent; however, this practice seems to no longer value patients. I would not waste my time. They are impossible to reach by phone (45 minutes on hold) and are unresponsive in their patient portal. I am moving to a different practice. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

Urology Austin is my best and most overall ultimate choice of my consideration of them for their overall complete satisfaction for me during of my past and present exceptional care and support that I have had received from all of the entire staff with Urology Austin!!!l I can personally recommend all of their staff for their excellent care and wonderful support from their urologists and physicians along with the rest of the staff with Urology Austin to all of their new and existing patients at all of their eighteen clinical locations within the Austin metropolitan areas and adjacent communities!!! Urology Austin care and support has been recognized as being the overall best healthcare provider in the Austin area for always providing their expert and trustworthy care and support to all of their new and existing patients!!! Contacted them in March for a surgery, had a consultation with the doctor and he said he would have the surgery scheduled. Months go by and I hear nothing, I call and email the surgery scheduler multiple times and never get a reply. Now here we are 5 months later and they’re telling me that the doctor is no longer doing that surgery. Now I have to find someone out of state because no one could be bothered to call me back. Terrible experience.

Urology Austin has nineteen clinical locations within the Austin metropolitian and within the adjacent suburbs of the Austin area!!! Urology Austin is known for its high quality level of knowledgeable and professional customer service to all of their new and existing patients!!! Urology Austin has the best and most outstanding urologists and caring physician assistants and helpful nurses and friendly receptionists!!! Their providers always want to provide the best urological healthcare in prescribing the right medications and treatments while taking care of their patients for them to able to live a better and healthier lifestyle!!! When searching for wonderful and reliable urological healthcare, be sure to make Urology Austin your first choice in making a consultation appointment visit with one of their professional and dedicated providers at one of their clinical locations!!! Dr. Denson is nice and caring. However, after going to several appointments and severe pain--trying to resolve my issue seemed like she was taking the longer route to help/figure it all out. The staff were friendly. My main issue being hospitalized for a week with e-coli in the bladder (something no one would want to experience) all because one of the assistants applied a faulty/damaged catheter/foley. Which caused me to have sepsis, high and low blood pressure, fever, uti, kidney infection and e-coli. We called the office to speak to her, she didn't returned the call. I was blessed that my NEW urologist had an opening fairly quickly. He did testing and began treating me. They thought me to self catheter(which I was frightened) and followed the treatment. I'm still on medication BUT I can now urinate on my own.

I have called 4 times on hold for 10 to 15 minutes each time to re set an appointment . I give up

My experience with the doctors has been fine but my experience with the rest of the clinical and office staff has been abysmal. To name a FEW of the errors I have experienced: - the nurse told me she moved up my appointment to an earlier date so I could address some issues, but she never made the change. I hired a babysitter for the appointment but I wasn’t on the schedule. - the schedulers told me one location on the phone but scheduled me for a different location, and I didn’t find out until I received my reminder. - they threw away my sample that was supposed to be sent for culture so I had to return and provide another sample There are many other examples and I have tried to call the office manager Bryan no less than 10 times and left multiple voice messages over the last several months and he has never returned my calls. So to whoever responds to these reviews, please don’t tell me “we don’t want anyone to have this experience, please reach out to discuss”, I have and no one has cared enough to return my calls.
