We have been using Visiting Angels for over 4 years to provide care for my mother-in-law, and they have been terrific. Our primary caretaker they have provided is excellent and the management team is very accommodating at providing care when schedules shift or something unexpected comes up.

So grateful for Visiting Angels! I needed help caring for my dad and Sue graciously was able to get me a caregiver the very same day I called. My dad received excellent care and my dad is still asking for Leticia to come back and see him. I will be a repeat customer!

I used their care giver service for a medical procedure that required me to be anesthetized. They arrived on time, drove me to the hospital, waited until the procedure was done per Texas law, and then drove me home.<br>The care giver was very nice and did a great job.

visiting angels provided in home care services for my mother during her recent visit for the holidays. Vicki was simply fantastic. my mom is 98 and is very resistant to having help. Vicki has eternal patience and skill. we were just so fortunate to have her help care for my mom. I simply can't recommend her and the entire crew there highly enough. Dave from the office was determined to help us with our staffing needs on short notice, he was very responsive to phone calls and followed up promptly. We could not have managed without them. Especially Vicki. Thank you so much.

We used Visiting Angels over a 20 month period to take care of my Mother and would use them again in a heartbeat. We liked them and they were great, often working under difficult circumstances. My Mom liked them too, which was most important.<br><br>We used them 24/7, months at a time, as well as 5 hours/day, five days a week. They were flexible and the supervisor could be reached quickly, almost always immediately.

I wanted to jump on here and address the two people above whether Clay or Linda used this location or not my experience with 24 hr care with Visiting Angels on 34th street has been favorable, but then again I pay all my bills to Visiting Angels on time. The past nine years my mom and dad have been difficult at times and Sue Guerrero and the care givers have managed them perfectly.

I trusted Visiting Angels - specifically the Austin franchise off 34th st - with the care of my 90yr old mother during her hip surgery recovery when she couldn't be alone. I share financial responsibilities with my mother and I had no reason to imagine they might be skimming hours while telling me she had a contract that allowed this. But I discovered that no contract existed and the invoices had untracable overages exceeding more than 2.5x expectations. I asked for only a simple explanation and was given the run around for over a week. After numerous attempts to get even the most basic question answered, I paid thousands in full, under threat of VA removing necessary care over the weekend - knowing full well I had little chance of replacing them and putting my mom in jeopardy. I only asked for a basic explanation (wasn't even contesting anything) and I began to receive continual threats and even more new "invoices" for practically another 7k (this time with zero attempt to even tie it to any hours or days at all). With no other options, and with 15k of my money assumedly stolen (until they even engage with me as to its usage - not even asking for anything back), I was forced to file with the police and the FBI elder fraud division. So you know, maybe be careful with this Visiting Angels branch.

I used Visiting Angels for a while for my dad. While the employees were great the management is not. Before we took over finances for my dad he had a check bounce and instead of letting us know all we got was a text saying that we were going to be sued and they were going to file with the DA for a felony. We took care of the bill, quit this agency, hired another, and are taking care of the bills, I don't have to worry about getting threatening texts. It was very unprofessional and I do not recommend Visiting Angels. They are not looking out for the elderly.
