You have to go see Amanda! She is absolutely the best. I went to her for a chemical peel and she is very knowledgeable and kind. My face looks amazing and she even followed up with me twice after the peel to see if I had questions or how I felt. 10/10 recommend !!

I cannot recommend Eric at Westlake Aesthetics & Wellness enough! He does my Botox, filler, and laser treatments—and every time I leave feeling so confident and cared for. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to answer all of my questions, and makes me feel completely at ease. His work is natural, precise, and truly amazing. I’ve had nothing but great experiences and results with him. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your face, Eric is your guy!

Trish is amazing, and Justin was too before he moved. But this place has taken a hard turn into bait-and-switch territory. . My husband and I have been paying $149/month each for nearly a year--for facials, red light therapy, B12 shots, and discounts. After a few months away (but still paying), I booked a facial and was shocked when it ended after just 15 minutes. No one told me the service had changed. When I asked, the manager blamed me for not reading an email and called it a "teachable moment"--for me. I come here for self-care, not to be talked to like a child. He said the doctor's "losing money" on memberships and tried to upsell me to $179/month. Instead of honoring what I paid for, he wanted to charge me more. I wonder if he understands how expensive it takes to get one paying customer? Now you're losing two and probably others will read this post.. This wasn't about the aesthetician--she was great. This was about a manager who chose to argue, deflect, squat in my treatment room and lecture instead of making it right. I paid for a membership. What I got was a downgraded service, a lecture, and an upsell. That's not wellness; that's bad business. Do better. Way better.

I'm lucky to have found WA&W. I see both Trisha and Eric for various treatments - they are masters at their craft and perfectionists by nature. I know I can trust their professional advice and expect the best possible results. Office staff is great too.

Eric is especially amazing, he’s incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me feel my best. Amanda is also fantastic! Always a wonderful experience. I have seen Trisha Skinner for innumerable treatments including tox, fillers, and Morpheus 8. She is so kind and professional. Completely and totally immersed in her trade and will not steer you in the wrong direction. The front desk is warm, welcoming and capable. Highly recommend.

LOVE Westlake Aesthetics and Wellness. Eric is incredible—he listens to exactly what your concerns are and starts conservatively with treatments to make sure you achieve exactly what you’re looking for. I especially loved my halo laser experience and will def be back for another next year.
