I was about an hour waiting for my appt.but that was unusual. I really do like my Dr.and the technicians are very good.

Doctor and staff very nice, but was told at reception my wife could not stay in waiting room or come when I saw Doctor, I had asked my wife to drive me there and she has much more medical knowledge than my self and wanted to ask the Doctor many questions about my condition but waited in car, two other couples arrived while I waited and were not told they needed to leave?

Everyone, from appointment scheduler, check in receptionist, eye technician, Dr. McGlathery and payment clerk, we’re friendly, efficient and on time. A very welcome appointment.

The worst phone receptionist I have ever encountered. Very rude. She ask me if we had a PPO, I said let me look & pulled out my wallet, then she put me on hold for a long time waiting on someone else. She told me the appointment would be on May 2nd. I told her let me explain what is going on, the doctor may want to see her before that. She could care less and said she needs to have an appointment . The receptionist should not be dealing with anyone in the medical field. It's a shame because we really loved Dr McGlathery whom we have seen several times. Mark Hollander

I arrived ahead of schedule and was seen immediately. I am new to this area and am not a big fan of driving in a large city, but this will not prevent me from continuing seeing Dr. McGlathery.
