Yu-Mei Liu's Online Review Report Card

I’m so lucky and grateful to have Dr. Liu as my primary care doctor! She’s super nice, caring and capable! I got a lab test after our first meet, and Dr. Liu called me immediately the day I got my results, telling me how to understand the report and what to do next. A couple of days ago, I got a sudden eye pain, Dr. Liu managed to see me the same day after I left a message in the patient portal. She carefully examined my eyes, figured out what was going wrong, and gave me a prescription. Two days later I felt much better just as she predicted, and she also called me to check my status. Again, so lucky to have her for me and my family!

Seton McCarthy and especially Dr. Liu have been a positive force in my life by being attentive to my needs, with minimal waiting time,, free parking, and downtown convenience.

Went into the appointment knowing I had an ear infection, as I have had many before. I was in a lot of pain, and she seemed to act as if she didn’t care about my history with ear infections and the best way to go about it. All she prescribed me was a topical ointment. The next day I woke up in excruciating pain again, and decided to go to a different doctor. They explained that I had a terrible ear infection and my canals were so swollen they could barely see my ear drum. They said my lymph nodes were swollen (which I expressed to your doctor as well) and I would need a heavy antibiotic and ear drops. Seeing two doctors in less than 24 hours and it is clear who I will not be returning to. Treat your patients with respect and listen to them. I know my body more than she does and I felt so unheard. I will not be returning to see the same doctor again.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Liu last week for severe allergy issues, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I received. Dr. Liu took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Liu, the nurses, and the whole staff were fantastic and very helpful. I was dealing with a very specific injury that needed some quick support and they were great, I felt very taken care of.

Probably one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. Bedside manner was exemplary and asked the right questions and more importantly LISTENED to my answers. I look forward to seeing her in the coming years.

I have always struggled finding a good fit with physicians my whole life, but with Dr. Liu it was a breeze. It is very important to find someone that treats you for you and not just a number. Professional, down to earth, communicative & an all around lovely person! I would always recommend her for anyone looking for a doctor & plan on continuing this client/doctor relationship.
