Absolutely terrible. Doctor was not willing to care about his patient, Staff were not helpful. I had to called several times to get results, they keep saying they have not get the result back yet. Find out the result were already available but they refuse to looked up. I do not recommend this clinic. If you willing to waste money this is the one for you.

This may be quite the distinct review, but I was very close to Evergreen Family practice for a few years. One of the most wonderful places I’ve ever experienced, Dr. Kim is truly the embodiment of what you would expect in a physician. He is kind, patient, and listens to his patients with a bedside manner that is unmatched. I have nothing but high praise for the way he treats his patients and manages his practice. Even though it’s a small team, I can promise you that they will go out of their way to help you and make your visit at Evergreen as welcome as possible.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Kim’s for roughly 5 years. I’ve always had a good experience with Dr Kim, generally very quick to get an appointment. If you’re looking for a small practice with a Dr that will remember you and spend more than the bare minimum in the room with you, he’s your guy. He doesn’t just prescribe meds, he gives many approaches you can take and listens to what you have to say and takes that into account. Only reason it’s not a 5 star review is the front desk can be hit or miss at times, recently my experience has been better with this so hopefully that continues!

Dr Kim is very nice and professional but his assistants are all the opposite. I've been waiting for a call back for almost a month for something that is urgent I have emailed twice and called the office twice as well but still no luck. This is a sign that it's time to switch doctors.
