I felt like I was heard. I brought up health issues and had the appropriate testing ordered. Every person I encountered was pleasant. Very helpful and listened. Thank you! Adding to say that the nurse came in and printed "educational materials" never asking me what my physical activity was like and assume because I'm over weight that I must not exercise. Very physical job equals exercise.

Horrible Dr's office my mother goes here and it take 2 to 3 hours every time !! She said it's the worst dr she has ever been to and they are so slow!

The won’t call you, to confirm your appointment. When you have questions, you’ll be on the phone for an hour until someone gets to you.

Doctor Parker is great. She took her time and listened to me and didnt rush out. It is great to have a doctor who will take their time. I love this place!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences by coming here. The staff all seem to care from the receptionist to the doctor! I have a phobia about hospitals and won’t go until the last minute but this place has eased my fears and I don’t get as antsy about going when I need to go. I guess the negative reviews are from people that were treating people a negative way to get a negative response! I’ve never seen anyone act out of character while I was at this facility.

If I could have rated negative O, that’s what the rate would have been. This place allows disrespectful situations to occur and refuse to address them. I was refused medical attention and disrespected by one of the physician’s at the Bardin Specialty Clinic (Dr. Benicia Williams). This place has also falsified information in my medical records. I am a person in severe back pain and went in for a procedure and the doctor becomes confrontational. I now see why she conducts herself in this manner, it’s because her employer allows this type of behavior. I have never in my life been treated as I was treated from this establishment. I have sent numerous letters and have yet received an apology. This place is a DISGRACE!! They feel because they are treating so called ‘poor people’ that they can treat them in any type of way. Tread waters lightly when using this establishment and definitely when seeing Benicia Williams, the most disrespectful doctor ever.

Am switching JPS clinics just to follow Dr. Bailey... tired of going through different DR's at another clinic (closer to my home)... hope Dr Bailey stays longer than a year - 18 mo!
