They are very understaffed but doesn't let their staff get the overtime they give it to agency and the agency pretty much runs the show there even tho they dont know much about the facility. They seem to run off all there good employees by showing favoritism and the ones they favor are usually the slackers or agency workers cause ive seen it with my own eyes. The ones that work hard they treat like scrap and make them work triple harder. That's why they will stay understaffed because the DON doesn't care about her employees. Sorry but it's the honest to Gods truth.

This nursing home is decent if your okay with being understaffed and having lack of communication. I only hope this facility could work on their own issues in order to keep help. I feel sorry for some of their employees and after giving my notice that I wouldn’t return to work after I had finished my shift I was called irresponsible and talked to disrespectful even after giving my reasons on why I wouldn’t be returning for work. I really do pray they figure something out because none of the residents deserve that.

They never answer their phones they said it was their phone system now they have a new phone system and it just goes to voice-mail and the mailbox is full so you can never leave a message.

Resident was placed there for rehabilitation. Never answered their phone. Said their phones didn’t work because they were changing their system. (But shouldn’t take weeks). Never communicated weekly with relatives as stated in their own contract. Could not see resident due to COVID, but there were weeks with no communication without getting in a car and driving several hours to bang on the facility’s front door. Within a week of removing resident from the facility, they were put in the hospital for a urinary infection which supposedly had been treated in the facility. While there, did not pick up resident from his dental appointment, although they had taken him for his appointment. Was told 3 days ahead of time Medicare would stop paying by the end of the week which was not true. Appeared understaffed.
