List of Bluebonnet Trails Community Services's Reviews
I went through intake over the phone and tried 15 times to make an appointment. Called over and over and over again. Left messages, Nobody ever answered the phone or returned a call. Everyone working there should be fired.
If my life depended on Bluebonnet Trails for help, I would have committed suicide by now. One counselor & two Executive Directors and numerous people in between, I still have no help, just lots of duh's, um's, what's.....
I have called & left messages & they never call you back.I would not recommend this place
Updating 2 years later. Still getting the best treatment. Becca is a wonderful provider, and easy going, and truly has a heart of gold. Amanda is wonderful and always has been, I have been speaking with her since 2019. The lady’s in the front Amber, and I forget the other ones name.😩 But, they’re extremely helpful, and always so kind. The nurse Regan has always been very kind, and gets back to you in a timely matter!
I have been after them for three weeks to sign a paper saying I am able to drive on my medication and have been violated by requiring a drug test which is not part of what is required of the company trying to hire me on.
i keep calling but they never call back , never get anything done terrible organization
As I read the reviews it’s disheartening to see that in 7 years they have yet to improve. The staff is all questionable. Seems like everyone is there to collect a check. I get the run around when trying to help my disabled brother get the services he is entitled to. Bottom line is when a place like this isn’t doing as they should, smells like
Stupidest doctors ever!
I lost my medical insurance and was really struggling with my mental health. Bluebonnet Trails has made a world of difference in my life. They are serving A LOT of people so at the beginning when you’re getting used to things be patient. It’s worth it. It might take a little bit before you can get an appointment at first but it’s because they are helping so many people. Every single person who works there wants to see you get well. They all care about what they do and you can tell. And they have so many different resources to help you it’s amazing! On a side note if you’re reading this then either you or someone you care about is dealing with mental health stuff and I just want to say, keep fighting. It can get better. Don’t give up.
They could actually provide the services they promise and that their clients are entitled to! They obtain a monopoly on 78626, and you can't switch to another provider: unless you move! How did they "Arrange" that sweet deal? If they are going to create a monopoly, you must produce for your vulnerable clients! Their dereliction of duty is harmful and shameful! And it "appears" they've had someone post fake positive reviews!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
