By far the worst office staff ever! You leave messages and they never call you back. You call again and they deny you ever called. The missed diagnosed my mother and she almost died. She has diabetes and they don’t care that the medication they prescribed isn’t working. They don’t care.

Dr. Handy always takes good care of me, has my best interests in mind, shares appropriate information and is cheerful whenever I visit. Focuses on me and my problem. I prefer his methods over the fancy podiatrist in Austin I've seen for years.

Our experience with FHCOB and Dr. Vocal has always been good. We have been treated with respect and courtesy. Our visits have always been positive and the reasons we have sought health care have been dealt with accurately and have always resulted in our health being better. We have been taking our 6 year old daughter to Dr. Cox for a year. She used to have awful allergies. This last year has been an incredible journey and the difference we have seen is unimaginable. Dr. Cox is friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our little girl. We would recommend him to anyone!
